We had a punctured water line flood on our new floors at 11pm. We called Servpro and Mike showed up in less than an hour to start fans & dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Mike has been great and taken excellent care of us. He coordinated with our schedule and has been extremely courteous. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. Shane and Andy have been so professional throughout this entire process. We bought a home knowing that we would have to get pest control to come out. Green Defense was recommended to us by our home inspector, Greg at 343 Inspections. Although they are a little pricey, it's definitely worth it. You get exactly what you pay for. Not only are they incredibly friendly, they are always on time and sometimes even early. They are very detail oriented and want to make sure they're doing everything that they can to prevent critters from getting in the attic.
