Rite Call promptly came to a water emergency and worked hard to protect our home areas that were affected. They came daily and checked on the equipment left behind to dry our home until it was perfectly dry. We did not have any damage thanks to Alex getting Raymond out so fast. Raymond was so careful and caring. We are very impressed with Rite Call and highly recommend them. Raymond was here daily for several days and always professional and very careful and detailed.

We had an emergency water damage in the middle of the night. Rite Call showed up on time, professional, and worked diligently to complete the job quickly. Being 7 months pregnant with a toddler at home is not a great scenario for dealing with such disaster, but we were well taken care of and I would HIGHLY recommend their services.

Pictures say it all! When a washing machine installation went wrong on Thanksgiving week, Marty, Ian, and Mario sprung into action. The Voda team worked through the holiday to remediate the mold and patch up the wall as if it never happened. They kept things very clean: paper covering the pathway all the way out to the front door and shoe coverings each time they walked in. Very friendly guys who all know their stuff. Highly recommended.

Ian the scheduler and Ian the technician were both friendly and easy to work with! Our carpet is super clean! We are very pleased with their work! There were no upsells, add-ons, or hidden fees. What we were quoted is what we paid (plus tax). Ian told us how the process would go so we knew what to expect. He did a very thorough job and was in and out of our house in less than two hours! I highly recommend Voda!

The two technicians (both named Ian!) Were wonderful! On time, pleasant, and it took about 2 hours for the cleaning ad they were so thorough that my carpet looks almost new again. I'm grateful for their expertise and hard work with a reasonable price also! Cleaned: stairs, walkway, hallway, and 2 rooms!! Would absolutely how them again and am going to hire them for grout work too!

We spent nearly 30k to have an old laundry room built into another bathroom. Within a short period after the build we noticed the tub cracking very badly in all of the corners and the coating coming off exposing the yellow what matt be fiberglass. Additionally, that it was unlevel due to items rolling off of it. I contacted the individual in charge of my installation and he "started the process of a remedy". They went back and forth for several months trying to find receipts for the tub but apparently no one has them and nothing was ever given to us. Keep in mind the tub is getting worse with every passing week. After they could not find the receipts in order to try and file a warranty claim with the tub manufacturer they told me they were going to come an insurance claim to cover it. Now, over a year later, still nothing. They are now completely ghosting me. We spent our very hard earned money with this company and fully regret it. Save yourself the pain that we've been put through and find another company.

My AC leaked and flooded my house. Servpro arrived on time to save my base boards and walls from being replaced. They used the equipment necessary to help save our house from water damage. They were considerate and work around my schedule. We had to change our floors because they were hardwood, luckily we have new floors. I hope I never have to go through this experience again but if I do I will not think twice about calling them. My stressful days become easier because of their accessibility. Servpro Crew answered my call in the middle of the storm. They were great in customer Service. They came to my house and took care of the flood as soon as possible. It was very cold inside my house because the electricity was out. The technicians got the work done and explained everything they were doing. They completed our job start to finish with no complaints. They worked with my insurance adjuster every step of the way! Thank you Servpro!! We finally get to move back into our home!
