When our pipes froze in the winter and burst, we were shocked by the water damage. This firm came quickly, evaluated the problem, and immediately began water extraction and drying. Their staff worked around the clock and offered fantastic service the whole time!

5 stars they removed the water damage. But you need to equip your team better, their ladder barely allowed them to do the work at the top rung. And because of that my ceiling is still open, so I have to hire another group to finish the job. Water removed 1300+ dollars great business model, until it isnt.

We loved dealing with this company. I cant say enough good things about them. The owner is a God fearing man and because of that he really cared about our families well being and wanted to do us right. You can tell the difference between a company who is just in it for the money and one who genuinely cares for people. Usually I am not one to post reviews online but I would love to share my experience. Mark was very professional and help me along the process of clearing my land, trenching for both water and underground electrical needs. He installed my septic tank which was a task by itself due to the terrain. From the beginning to the end of the project Mark did an amazing job and kept me up to date with the daily progress. While the office staff is friendly before you purchase, the overall management is a disaster. In the five years I’ve lived here, the roads have been neglected, trash is a constant issue, and drug activity is widespread. Meetings often require a sheriff’s presence due to the chaos. The board seems more focused on squeezing working residents for money than actually fixing problems. Too many of my neighbors have been harassed and intimidated over relatively minor issues - some of the issues are not even mentioned in the deed restrictions. I deeply regret buying property here. I will never again purchase in an association.

Nice area for folks to gather play mini golf or BBQ. Pool is also an awesome amenity. Buildings need some TLC, but I know the current board is working hard to get things up to par!

Just visiting, my daughter-in-law & son were working on some repairs needed. It is a nice little place with a swimming pool and areas to have a picnic and BBQ some burgers . …
