Matthew was great. He came out immediately after we called with some emergency septic problems. He pumped our septic but after several tries couldn’t get the pipe unblocked. After digging up where the pipe goes to the septic, he found our problem, which we’ve had for years and no other place came close to solving this problem like Matthew did. He fixed it not backing down from it until it was completely flowing and even adding a few things so it won’t happen again! His price and time he took helping us out was amazing! We are so grateful to this Christian young man. He not only fixed our problem, but after extensive digging with only a shovel, Matthew put our yard back and you wouldn’t even know he did what he did. He’s truly amazing and sincere. I would give him a 100 stars if I could. Pictures will prove it.

I can't describe how much I appreciate Matthew with MLP Septic. I called him and he was able to accommodate my schedule, arrived as scheduled... actually earlier because I got off work sooner than expected and he made it happen. My house was at a standstill, nothing would drain. He got my septic fixed up and cleaned out in an hour or less! I asked a lot of questions about maintenance etc he was very informative, professional, an absolute pro, most importantly a real nice guy. Highly recommend and will be using again 100%

Tap water from my house from Lake Fork special utility district off FM 515 THIS IS MY DRINKING WATER. This is not the first time my water looked like this the setamut in the bottom is also in my hot water heater, ice box filter ect. Throw out the house. There reason for this is they are required to flush the lines ever month without informing anyone. this is what it looks like washing clothes, taking a bath or shower, washing dishes, brushing your teeth. But yet you are required to paying the bill. Is this legal if not who can help me ?

Thermo-ex came highly recommended. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was great, he arrived right on time, and he cleaned multiple bedrooms, common areas, and the stairs. The carpet looks fantastic! They were able to remove even an ink/marker/paint stain I thought would never come out! I will definitely use them again and have already passed along my recommendation to others. The service was above any other used. They were professional and it was a great price. My carpet has seen better days. Without regular cleaning there's only so much that can be done. He came twice and asked me to call with results. Before I paid to try something else Bobby gave a suggestion. It worked, saved us more money. Had this company do my carpets recently and they did a great job! I highly recommend them. They were on time, polite, reasonably priced and had my carpets done in no time. My carpets look brand new! With 3 kids in my home, 2 which are toddlers, I'll definitely be using them again. Thank guys!

In the midst of a very stressful and unsure time, with all of the damage done to our house, my family and I were not only treated as if we were the most important customer that Rite Call had but many of our concerns were put at ease by these wonderfully kind people. Rite Call promptly came to a water emergency and worked hard to protect our home areas that were affected. They came daily and checked on the equipment left behind to dry our home until it was perfectly dry. We did not have any damage thanks to Alex getting Raymond out so fast. Raymond was so careful and caring. We are very impressed with Rite Call and highly recommend them. Raymond was here daily for several days and always professional and very careful and detailed.

We had an emergency water damage in the middle of the night. Rite Call showed up on time, professional, and worked diligently to complete the job quickly.
