So far I like their service, they were able to handle the pee stains from my bosses dog or cat. I had to take maybe 4-5 carpets to them and they were able to manage all of them. I enjoy their conversation and are awesome people to talk to. So far, my boss hasn't told me any negative comments on their service, so they did an awesome job. As for payment they take cash or debit/credit. I like how they call us when it is ready for pick up. But for anybody that needs to know if the service is done asap. I recommend to call them to check status on work. Because when I took the 5th carpet I had to call them to see how things are going. Other than that awesome work.
