We had water damage, I didn't know where to begin when the insurance came in. Boyd's # was given to us & we contacted him and he came in like a whirlwind went through the house made notes called everyone we needed he was really a lifesaver I was really unsure even where to begin. It took 6 weeks to fix we had to move out of our house and he even gave suggestions on that as well. I would not know what to do without him I am very happy we called him I highly recommend Boyd!!

My kitchen and my husband's closet flooded a few months ago, and we were horrified and overwhelmed at the idea of rebuilding. We were referred to Mike Boyd by Servpro, and let me tell you... we struck gold with him!! He is an angel!! He came over, told us exactly what was going to happen, and an estimated timeline. We got to pick out all our countertops and carpet, and Mike and his guys took over the rest. We met so many sweet people! They were all so kind, and polite, and I loved having them around. They worked diligently, and the painter (We love Paul!) even went out to play with my dogs during his breaks! The entire process was so painless. Our kitchen was finished right before Christmas and I'm still raving about Mike and his guys! We love them so much. Plus my kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous! I love it so much more now than I did before! I hope we never have to go through a major loss in the house again, but we rest easy knowing Mike Boyd has our back if we do! Thank you so much for everything, Mike! We appreciate you more than you ever could know!

We had a large water leak and had no idea where to turn. We were referred to Mike Boyd and I cannot express how amazing an experience we had with Mike and his guys. They were so very friendly and Mike coordinated everything with insurance and all involved. He completely took us out of the picture and helped us out in a situation we were so overwhelmed and lost. They finished ahead of time, answered questions and catered to us through the whole project. This is how a contractor service should be and I would recommend to anyone no matter how large or small the project is. Unfortunately, my water heater decided to die and flood my house but I was lucky enough to have Zach and Andrew from ServPro come to my rescue. They were polite, knowledgeable, and hard working and I would be happy to have them in my home again.

I had a great experience with the water mitigation team. Zack, Dusty, and Jose demonstrated professionalism by working fast, answering questions, and most of all cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use SERVPRO again if needed.

I am so impressed with staff and work of this company! Several months ago they helped my dear friend with her house that had flooding. They were there, kept us updated and explained everything to us. The staff in EVERY phase were exceptional!! They helped me put her house back in order. At times they went above and beyond my expectations!! Every staff member that helped I’d like to thank them! I would recommend them to everyone!!

Stephanie is the best , she is very friendly and courteous . She even took the time to bring in my packages off the porch. Her supervisor Josh is very professional when handling insurance adjusters -he makes sure they understand what exactly is needed. I highly recommend this company for water mitigation .

Several washing machines didn't wring water out of the washer clothes well and there is no air conditioning. However, there were 2 fans & the front door left open to circulate air.

Washers ridiculously small. Home washer bigger. Coin machine only takes $1’s.

Nice little self serve laundry! It was clean and smelled good. I've only used it twice and its convenient to have something like this in burkburnett, thanks for making this available to the people.
