While the office staff is friendly before you purchase, the overall management is a disaster. In the five years I’ve lived here, the roads have been neglected, trash is a constant issue, and drug activity is widespread. Meetings often require a sheriff’s presence due to the chaos. The board seems more focused on squeezing working residents for money than actually fixing problems. Too many of my neighbors have been harassed and intimidated over relatively minor issues - some of the issues are not even mentioned in the deed restrictions. I deeply regret buying property here. I will never again purchase in an association.

Nice area for folks to gather play mini golf or BBQ. Pool is also an awesome amenity. Buildings need some TLC, but I know the current board is working hard to get things up to par!

Just visiting, my daughter-in-law & son were working on some repairs needed. It is a nice little place with a swimming pool and areas to have a picnic and BBQ some burgers . …

Scott & Jose provided prompt service. They teamed up and worked well together to steam cleaned four bedrooms and a closet. They offered us the 3 rooms for $89 special and additional rooms for $38. They treated our carpets with Tea tree eucalyptus sanitizer, cherry neutralizer deodorizer and topical pet treatment. The rooms smell great. Kudos Scott & Jose. Great job.

Melissa handled our reconstruction project very peacefully dealing with mortgage and enforcement. She was very positive during the whole tenure of the project. On the contractor side, Dago had done fantastic job handling other crew members and completed assigned task in magnificient manner within the deadline.
