We had water damage, I didn't know where to begin when the insurance came in. Boyd's # was given to us & we contacted him and he came in like a whirlwind went through the house made notes called everyone we needed he was really a lifesaver I was really unsure even where to begin. It took 6 weeks to fix we had to move out of our house and he even gave suggestions on that as well. I would not know what to do without him I am very happy we called him I highly recommend Boyd!!

My kitchen and my husband's closet flooded a few months ago, and we were horrified and overwhelmed at the idea of rebuilding. We were referred to Mike Boyd by Servpro, and let me tell you... we struck gold with him!! He is an angel!! He came over, told us exactly what was going to happen, and an estimated timeline. We got to pick out all our countertops and carpet, and Mike and his guys took over the rest. We met so many sweet people! They were all so kind, and polite, and I loved having them around. They worked diligently, and the painter (We love Paul!) even went out to play with my dogs during his breaks! The entire process was so painless. Our kitchen was finished right before Christmas and I'm still raving about Mike and his guys! We love them so much. Plus my kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous! I love it so much more now than I did before! I hope we never have to go through a major loss in the house again, but we rest easy knowing Mike Boyd has our back if we do! Thank you so much for everything, Mike! We appreciate you more than you ever could know!

We had a large water leak and had no idea where to turn. We were referred to Mike Boyd and I cannot express how amazing an experience we had with Mike and his guys. They were so very friendly and Mike coordinated everything with insurance and all involved. He completely took us out of the picture and helped us out in a situation we were so overwhelmed and lost. They finished ahead of time, answered questions and catered to us through the whole project. This is how a contractor service should be and I would recommend to anyone no matter how large or small the project is. Unfortunately, my water heater decided to die and flood my house but I was lucky enough to have Zach and Andrew from ServPro come to my rescue. They were polite, knowledgeable, and hard working and I would be happy to have them in my home again.

I had a great experience with the water mitigation team. Zack, Dusty, and Jose demonstrated professionalism by working fast, answering questions, and most of all cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use SERVPRO again if needed.

The Dri Right techs were courteous, professional, and quick at what they do. They worked over my entire crawlspace in just a few days time, and helped me address some other issues I didn't know I had down there, which saved me money and headache in the long run. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services!

I cannot recommend DriRight enough. Josh and Micah are some of the most honest and helpful professionals I have ever worked with. They both have gone above and beyond to give us their professional recommendations and expertise on how to properly manage all of the issues we have been dealing with (insurance not wanting to cover costs, plumbing issues, water leak mitigation, mold remediation, reconstruction, etc.)Their work is above reproach and we will use them for any restoration or reconstruction work we have in the future, hands down. From beginning to end, these men and their teams have been courteous, kind, honest, helpful, great communicators, and have been involved in every step of the process to get our home back in order. I wish every company was as honest and hardworking as DriRight!

I had water leaking into part of my living room, kitchen, and dining room due to a hot water slab leak. Clayton and his team came out and started working instantly to get it all dried up and repaired. His team was phenomenal and professional. They worked with my insurance company and I did not have to worry about any of that. Clayton was easy to contact and ask questions especially since this happened over Christmas. I highly recommend Dri Right for anyone that need any type of his service. Thank you Clayton for your service and your team service in helping my family!! .

This place and specifically Rusty Blanton have been fantastic. They bend over backwards to make sure my every need is met. I hardly have to lift a finger, Rusty takes care of all of the paperwork and even the delivery of equipment. It’s a big business, but they make you feel like your business matters.

I don’t think I would ever want to come to a place like this where one of the employees is a moderator for a group chat which promotes anthropomorphic animals performing in**st with one and another. The employee in question I have no name, but provided images is as close to as identification I have. The image from what appears to be a docking area is evidence that the man has access to the business. My request is that he comes under review. Shameful.

No respect for peoples property. Drove truck with trailer over private yard and driveway!!!! Leaving horrendous ruts in well manicured and treated lawn.
