Mike, Rob, and Raymond were professional, knowledgeable, and have the best customer service of any service professionals that has ever done work at my house. In the midst of a very stressful and unsure time, with all of the damage done to our house, my family and I were not only treated as if we were the most important customer that Rite Call had but many of our concerns were put at ease by these wonderfully kind people. Thank you to Mike, Rob, and Raymond for taking such good care of us and keeping us safe from further harm and damage. And thank you to Rite Call for hiring such amazing people. I have worked in the service industry most of my life and have learned some valuable lessons from these guys. I will continually recommend Rite Call whenever I can. Rite Call promptly came to a water emergency and worked hard to protect our home areas that were affected. They came daily and checked on the equipment left behind to dry our home until it was perfectly dry. We did not have any damage thanks to Alex getting Raymond out so fast. Raymond was so careful and caring. We are very impressed with Rite Call and highly recommend them. Raymond was here daily for several days and always professional and very careful and detailed.

We had an emergency water damage in the middle of the night. Rite Call showed up on time, professional, and worked diligently to complete the job quickly. Being 7 months pregnant with a toddler at home is not a great scenario for dealing with such disaster, but we were well taken care of and I would HIGHLY recommend their services.

They've provided a wide range of services, including air duct inspections, cleanings, and comprehensive evaluations and restorations. Jack, Donald, and Kingston, their team, always carry out the tasks. They are professional, trustworthy, meticulous and thorough in every project they've undertaken in our homes here in Terrell. Today, when they came for the annual air duct cleaning, they noted it was already clean and didn't require service. Now that's honesty! They then took the time to educate me on how to clean the extensive granite fireplace facade. Much appreciated! Your tradition of excellence carries on.

Absolutely phenomenal service, I cannot recommend Bi-Stone Pest Control more. We had a lot of ant issues when we first moved in and Lance was extremely responsive and addressed all of our issues quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend their service enough. I don't usually leave reviews but the Bi-Stone service warranted it. 9/28/2023 I wanted to add another review but it looks like I can only add to my original. :) Lance is super knowledgeable and responsive when we have issues. We recently contacted Lance because ants found there way into our house between service calls and Lance had the problem resolved very quickly. I can't recommend Lance and Bi-Stone Pest Control more.

They had same day service when I was in need of someone to put out traps for mice. Definitely will use them again and switch our current pest service to Bi-Stone.
