The inspector was very knowledgeable and did a great job with all of our concerns. He was very thorough and spent the right Amit of time inspecting the water damage and mold growth. DR Consulting has great reviews and was highly recommended by Serve-Pro Restoration. I have not seen their repot but my wife and I are very pleased so far.

They provided very timely communication and service. They recognized my urgent need and tried to accommodate it in a very timely manner. Marcus Rhodes was the technician who came to my apartment, he was an expert. He deep cleaned a mini split that was mold infested very well. He recognized my budget was tight and used his professional expertise to identify the most urgent needs and did not add any extra un-necessary services. He also provided some helpful tips on how to keep the unit clean with minimal off the shelve products. Overall I had a very good experience with this company and I could feel the difference in the clean air that I was breathing right after the job was done.

Would give more stars if I could! We had such a great experience with Servpro! Last week our water heater busted and flooded the back rooms and part of our living room. They responded immediately and quickly took care of everything for us. They were very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Matthew was great. He came out immediately after we called with some emergency septic problems. He pumped our septic but after several tries couldn’t get the pipe unblocked. After digging up where the pipe goes to the septic, he found our problem, which we’ve had for years and no other place came close to solving this problem like Matthew did. He fixed it not backing down from it until it was completely flowing and even adding a few things so it won’t happen again! His price and time he took helping us out was amazing! We are so grateful to this Christian young man. He not only fixed our problem, but after extensive digging with only a shovel, Matthew put our yard back and you wouldn’t even know he did what he did. He’s truly amazing and sincere. I would give him a 100 stars if I could. Pictures will prove it.

I can't describe how much I appreciate Matthew with MLP Septic. I called him and he was able to accommodate my schedule, arrived as scheduled... actually earlier because I got off work sooner than expected and he made it happen. My house was at a standstill, nothing would drain. He got my septic fixed up and cleaned out in an hour or less! I asked a lot of questions about maintenance etc he was very informative, professional, an absolute pro, most importantly a real nice guy. Highly recommend and will be using again 100%

Thermo-ex came highly recommended. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was great, he arrived right on time, and he cleaned multiple bedrooms, common areas, and the stairs. The carpet looks fantastic! They were able to remove even an ink/marker/paint stain I thought would never come out! I will definitely use them again and have already passed along my recommendation to others. Thanks for a job well-done!!!

The service was above any other used. They were professional and it was a great price. My carpet has seen better days. Without regular cleaning there's only so much that can be done. He came twice and asked me to call with results. Before I paid to try something else Bobby gave a suggestion. It worked, saved us more money. Had this company do my carpets recently and they did a great job! I highly recommend them. They were on time, polite, reasonably priced and had my carpets done in no time. My carpets look brand new! With 3 kids in my home, 2 which are toddlers, I'll definitely be using them again. Thank guys!
