My daughter and her family moved to Midland and bought a home built in 1976. About half the home still had popcorn ceilings. They tested and found it contained asbestos. Started a steep learning curve regarding residential abatement. Short version: Texas doesn’t regulate residential asbestos abatement therefore most of the companies we contacted blew us off. Weren’t the least bit interested in our business - told us ‘you don’t need us just do it yourself’. About half didn’t even return our calls. Enter Advanced Environmental Services. Not only returned our call, set appt for the next day to look at it. Showed up early to appt. Moved schedule around to accommodate. Started when they said they would. Finished a few hours early. Professional from the first call till the last moment when we looked everything over and made our final payment. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while out here!

Honest & Ethical. I asked for a bid to mitigate asbestos in my commercial space. He advised me that since our asbestos levels were below 1%, no specialized mitigation was required. The guy who took the samples failed to mention that, as did the mitigation contractor that he referred me to. I'm glad we called THIS company. Saved me $10K. We owe you a beer!

Carpet Tech cleaned our master bedroom carpet in less than one hour. It looked like new and dried in the exact amount of hours they estimated. They also picked up our 8 x 10" area rug, took it to their shop and did a thorough cleaning of it after a large dog had peed on it. They completed that cleaning is less time than originally estimated and scheduled delivery sooner than we expected. We are very satisfied customers and will use them again.

I recently had a hardwood flooring crew come out to restore my hard wood flooring. The floor looks amazing but preparation and housekeeping was completed avoided. We called to discuss our situation and my wife was transferred to the tech instead of customer service and my wife was talked to in a very rude manner the tech stated numerous times. “What do you want me to do about it” like it wasn’t his issue. I was told taping off the baseboards was ignored because I told the tech my house was under renovations.

They did an awesome job on our carpet. Technician arrived on time was courteous, professional, answered all our questions and was thorough. Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed with Advance Cleaning's level of service. I met with them in Midland concerning water restoration in my daughter’s house. Bryan answered all my questions & explained the process. Within the day, I had to call Advance Ckeaning back to the house for another incident of flooding. They responded within the hour.

Very friendly people! Gave me good quotes for my rugs and things! Delivered to my home and the driver was very nice! Everything came out looking great!
