They are very detail oriented and want to make sure they're doing everything that they can to prevent critters from getting in the attic. They have come back over five times to check-in and make sure they are catching what they need. Shane and Andy have been super helpful and we're very appreciative of their kindness!

Amazing service! Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning helped get our home in Van Alstyne ready for renovations by cleaning our air ducts, chimney, and kitchen vents. Everett was on time and made sure everything, including the new dryer vent, was spotless before leaving. The whole process was very professional, and the customer service was excellent.

We had Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning come to clean our home vents after they did an amazing job at our business. Everett and Leo were incredibly polite and professional. They performed a comprehensive cleaning and treated our home with great respect. While their services may be a bit more expensive, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of work they provide! The team was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job! Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated being able to talk to a person right away instead of dealing with an automated system. We had a few vents that weren’t pushing out heat, and Leo went above and beyond to check for any disconnections using his camera snake. He was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Although some of my vent covers were closed and had a bit of dust on them afterward, I believe this can be easily improved. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the air duct cleaning service and would definitely recommend it to others!
