I want to commend specifically the site team Isidro and Isaiah, who very promptly and efficiently came in to begin water damage remediation work, and did such an excellent job in this first phase. They contacted me by phone about 30 minutes in advance of their arrival each day, explained clearly what they were doing, answered all my questions, and completed the work quickly and effectively. Highest kudos for an excellent job so far, which I hope will continue in the next phase of this project.
