Chase and his team are exceptional. I hired them to pressure wash my driveway, clean my windows, soft wash my roof and wash my stucco at my home in Conroe and Montgomery. Can’t recommend this service more.

From the roof to the entire house and extensive flat work along with the windows, Chase and his team did a amazing job. Gutter services were provided and I’m pleased with the results. Prestige cleaned up after cleaning out the gutters. Before they arrived, they were running late, but they did call me and communicate that they were late due to another job. That’s understandable. At least they communicated that with me.

If I were permitted to leave a review with negative stars, I would. This is a serious issue, not a joke. The water quality is unacceptable. I was washing my mother’s hair when I noticed that the water felt slimy. White particles were building up on the cup I was using to wash her hair. I am certain that this review will not make a significant difference, but it should. I believe that this utility company is exploiting a town of people who have no choice. They also attempt to impose excessive fees on the residences because the water is provided through a Public Ownership and Administration (POA). These fees are exorbitant and unjustified. The water supply is charged at $200 per month before any usage is calculated. If you are considering purchasing a home in Westwood, you should be aware of this issue. Even if your meter is not functioning correctly, you will still be charged the minimum monthly fee of $200.

I have a house here. I now want out but unable to sell. Water service is terrible. Water quality is terrible. Monthly cost has gone up 800 percent in two years. I can’t even use the water because quality is too bad. Stay away from this neighborhood until rates and quality issues have been resolved. The PUC needs to investigate.

My sister has cancer. Westwood Shores mud cut off her water, she cannot work anymore. After cutting her water off they continue to charge her monthly payment amounts. Her bill is now in the thousands. How can they charge when no water has been used for months. Terrible company, their rates are extremely high. Water is often in bad shape and home owners have boil water requirements.

I originally contacted Wildcat Inspectiosn for a home I found in the Cleveland, TX area. As a single woman, there is always a little apprehension when having to find someone to do work for you in a rural area. There is always a question in the back of your mind, wondering if they will allow their personal prejudices get in the way of doing the job properly. I can honestly say, that working with Bruce & Joanne, this was NOT an issue. They were professional, courteous & they treated as a home buyer, nothing more, nothing less. It's very obvious that they work hard to provide the best inspection possible. After the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, they stayed in communication with me, so I'd know what to expect. Upon arrival at the home, they got to work immediately. They work well as a team & if need be they make sure to bring help along. They took the time to answer any questions I had during the inspection, as well pointing out and explaining any issues they found along the way. By the end of our first inspection, I felt like I was with family. Bruce took the time to explain, what to expect once I received the formal report. Not only the did the formal report provide issues found, but it also included recommendations on how to fix the issues. When I had questions about the report, Bruce & Joanne would take the time to listen to my concerns & explain why they made the recommendations that they made. I ended not purchasing the initial house, but have used Wildcat Inspection for the current house I'm considering & will continue to use Wildcat Inspection, until I find my home. Wildcat Inspections did an outstanding job checking out every aspect of this home very precise and very extensive. Then, their explanation of findings was enlightening. Their report is exhaustive, but can sorted by most dangerous and necessary to lesser items that give you a choice of correcting or not. Most impressive was the fact that they did the inspection on A Sunday trying to beat the Hurricane so I could make an important decision to buy or not to buy and not lose my Ernest money. Thanks

Ricky with High Speed Restoration has been nothing short of amazing! When my pipe busted the day before Christmas Eve he and his team came by that same day to help mitigate the water damage. This company works well with my insurance company and I'm impressed with the speed and quality of their work!

A wind storm caused a tree to fall partially on our house and mostly in the backyard. State Farm recommended this company for emergency repairs. They tried to bill $2700 for the emergency repairs done days after the storm. The emergency repairs took 3 men 4 hours and less than $75 of material. After arguing for a lengthy period and with no leg to stand on they finally submitted $1066 (still outrageous). Before learning the charge for emergency service, I had contracted with them to remove the remaining part of the tree and debris. I have had trees removed before, and the crew was amateur at best. We have pictures of a guy standing 25 feet in the air on top of the cut tree with no safety measures at all. They let part of the tree fall on my neighbor's garage. We learned later they were actually a structural repair crew pressed into service for tree removal. Way overpriced and poor quality.

They have done a great job, our bathroom looks fabulous. We went from tile to Vinyl planking. This change was suggested by Tom. We love their contractor plumber and flooring. We would definitely use ABC Restoration again.

Today Marcus, Jamie, and Aj came out to service my condo and they were sooo awesome! Had some demo done in several different places, they were very professional, communicated very well and got the job done quickly!! I would highly recommend to anyone in need a of a awesome service!!!
