We loved dealing with this company. I cant say enough good things about them. The owner is a God fearing man and because of that he really cared about our families well being and wanted to do us right. You can tell the difference between a company who is just in it for the money and one who genuinely cares for people. My husband and I were truly impressed with their customer service and his ability to answer all our questions patiently !! Never making us feel silly for asking anything. He took lots of time explaining everything to me. Thank you for everything !!!

Usually I am not one to post reviews online but I would love to share my experience. Mark was very professional and help me along the process of clearing my land, trenching for both water and underground electrical needs. He installed my septic tank which was a task by itself due to the terrain. From the beginning to the end of the project Mark did an amazing job and kept me up to date with the daily progress. I give him a big thumbs up. I will definitely use his services in the near future for other projects and would recommend him to anyone. See the picture from beginning to completion. A.Silva

He even suggested a few things that really took our project to another level. also his honesty and integrity was something rarely experienced these days. While the office staff is friendly before you purchase, the overall management is a disaster. In the five years I’ve lived here, the roads have been neglected, trash is a constant issue, and drug activity is widespread. Meetings often require a sheriff’s presence due to the chaos. The board seems more focused on squeezing working residents for money than actually fixing problems. Too many of my neighbors have been harassed and intimidated over relatively minor issues - some of the issues are not even mentioned in the deed restrictions. I deeply regret buying property here. I will never again purchase in an association.

Nice area for folks to gather play mini golf or BBQ. Pool is also an awesome amenity. Buildings need some TLC, but I know the current board is working hard to get things up to par!

Just visiting, my daughter-in-law & son were working on some repairs needed. It is a nice little place with a swimming pool and areas to have a picnic and BBQ some burgers . …

Double R helped me with several fix and flip properties I bought out in the county that needed LOTS of cleanup and clearing done. They did an excellent job and made sure I was super happy with the job they did. I would highly recommend them for any land clearing and dirt work needs!

We've used this company twice. The first time was an electrical repair for our system, which went fine. The second time, we ended up having a failed pressure tank and needed a replacement. I asked for a quote, and was told they thought the tank was around $800 + labor but would confirm before installation. The day before install, I spoke with them and asked again. The person I had been speaking with asked the owner, who was in the background, and then told me $800 + labor. They did the install the following day, texted me when it was finished, then said they'd send an invoice. Got the invoice, and the tank was nearly $1100. They also added $25 worth of 'fuel surcharge', which was never mentioned, but I wasn't going to fight them over $25. And to top it all off, they left the old tank just sitting there, so we had to pay someone to haul it off for disposal. When I contacted them to ask why there was a price difference, the response was literally "I can't keep up with how everything changes from week to week lately." They also supposedly ordered the tank the week before our installation, so we don't understand how they didn't know if prices changed or not. So the day before install they confirmed the price, then it magically jumped almost $300 after they did the install? I told him it wasn't right and made no sense how the price could jump like that, and he didn't respond or offer to make it right in any capacity. Tried reaching out to the owner twice and never got a response. IF you deal with this company, I strongly recommend getting a bid in writing. That part is our fault, but it's a mistake we won't be making again, nor will we deal with this company again. Guess you just can't trust people at their word anymore.

Service was outstanding. From what I had told Matt on the phone, he diagnosed the problem as a water logged pressure tank and had that problem soon corrected. In checking my system he identified a problem with my pump (caused by the waterlogged pressure tank) and soon had it pulled and replaced. Due to a new low pressure cutoff pressure switch that I had bought and had Matt install, my water flow kept turning off . Note: Matt had warned me about this type of switch. Matt came out right away and installed a standard pressure switch and my system is now running great. Needless to say, I highly recommend Rocksprings Well Services.

Matt is an awesome guy. Had a problem came out same day and got it done. Freezing cold outside!!! I thought he was going to gouge me due to weekend and freezing cold but was cheaper than I expected it to me to my surprise. Use this guy the first time and every time. AWESOME!!!
