I was pleasantly surprised with this skilled, professional team. I’m a realtor, and hired Crosshair to help make a home ready to go on the market. After I told them about the house, they previewed it right away and sent me a reasonable quote. They called me to discuss the quote, what we really needed done as a priority, and we had a great conversation. I appreciate that Cody & Chance gave me advice on what they could do, and provided options at different price points. -They were very communicative and made suggestions and recommendations. -They made themselves available even with short notice, accommodating the homeowners’ schedule (and making me look good!) -They had five different people here over the whole day, Deep cleaning a 5,000 square-foot home. -The carpet was a whole different color after they were done with them. Carpet looked beautiful and it smelled nicely. -The grout on the travertine floor looked brand new and white again. Even in the “dog room,” The grout, tile & baseboards looked incredible afterwards. -Everywhere they cleaned, The surfaces almost looked like they had a new coat of paint on them. They did such a thorough job! Not only did they make this house look brand new with shiny surfaces, every single person who works at Crosshair Cleaning was nice, kind, and helpful. It felt like I was working with friends.

Super impressed with the work Fitz Hill did for me and I definitely recommend! My biggest project was a pond expansion, and Fitz Hill did a fantastic job turning a shallow eyesore into a beautiful, deep pond ready to be stocked with some bass (see before/after pics); has a solid levee that had zero issues holding up against a hard downpour that occurred shortly after the project was finished. Something that really resonated with me was that these guys were just as excited as I was to see the new pond take shape. With that kind of passion for the work they do, I knew I had the right folks doing the job. Since then, this has been my 'go to' team for all other needs, including clearing a fenceline, laying culverts, bringing in and spreading rock in my shop bays and entrance, and a few other projects. Super happy with all the work performed and they've got the place looking good. I saw another review that said they do the job with honesty and integrity, and I think that perfectly sums up the way I feel about how they operate. Fair and honest in their dealings with great results...doesn't get any better!

I highly recommend Fitz Hill Company! They do the job with honesty and integrity. Everything we asked for they went above and beyond. We are Very Pleased with the work done at our place. They enlarged our pond, got our house pad ready, 2 shop pads ready and the clearing of trees and debris on the land. Our driveway was raised, they put rock on the sides to keep from washing as well as grass seeding. The levy across the pond was raised and seeded as well. Absolutely the best service and experience we’ve ever had with any company! DeWayne and crew went WAY above and beyond. After consultation, they were discussing our project in the truck and had some concerns so they came back, took measurements and discussed our project further to make sure our plan for drainage would work for us long term. That’s true customer service! Everyone was courteous, friendly, professional and skilled. They exceeded our expectations and our project was completed in record time with smiles all around. After Hurricane Beryl, we had to deal with the aftermath of storm which was a tree falling onto our house. We called a contractor that ended up putting a tarp incorrectly on our home and then ghosted us. We then called MaxResto and they quickly came to help. Their knowledge was immediately evident as they helped us navigate issues with our insurance. They gave us the best advice as we dealt with the massive headache of restoring our home. They fought so hard to get us everything we were entitled to and were extremely thorough with tons of documentation. We were so grateful for their expertise, patience and kindness through such a difficult time.

MaxResto was awesome. We made some changes to our landscaping in the backyard that inadvertently altered our drainage and resulted in some water intrusion through our back door during a heavy rain. We caught it that day and found MaxResto. We contacted them that afternoon and they came out within the hour. One of the owners came out themselves to provide the assessment. They gave us their recommendations the following morning and then came out that day to put equipment in place. They came out every day for the next 3 days to take readings. Once they confirmed everything was good to go, they removed their equipment. It was a great experience and we highly recommend MaxResto!!

Disaster America did a great job on the renovation of a water emergency I had in April… but: Fast forward to late June… The renovation/restoration was finally done: $72 THOUSAND DOLLARS later and 2 bedrooms, hall, bathroom, and 1/4 of the living room dried out and replaced by Disaster America USA. Now… 6 weeks ago (mid July) we started noticing a “buckle” in the floor right inside the front door (about 4 ft from where they deemed was the end of the water damage). 3 weeks ago the buckle had started protruding through the brand new LVP that they put down and it spread down a line toward where they had finished the underfloor remodel. By Thursday it had gotten so bad we couldn’t open the door all the way. Now… when the LVP broke and boards started coming through I called to speak with Jason at Disaster America and he text me and told me to email him the pics and he’d get back to me… I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. I also called and spoke with Sam who was the foreman of the construction company they used and sent him pics of it. He actually said they’d be here Friday to take a look at it and never showed up and I haven’t been able to contact him again either. *Though Sam did tell me he figured the foundation under the old floor had failed and he was sure that was the problem Of note- the foundation was repaired less than a year ago and I have the warranty* So on Friday… With some help, I started ripping up the floor to see what the problem was because obviously it was my problem and no one was going to get back with me on this. It wasn’t the foundation… the hardwood subfloor had buckled because the water obviously went further than they thought {as I’d thought, and even asked them to go further when they were ripping it up and they declined and said they KNEW it wasn’t damaged out that far}. So, enjoy some pics of my Labor Day Weekend as this $1.74 disaster continues to cost me THOUSANDS of dollars to fix still, after it was already “fixed” to the tune of $72,000!

Woodlands Water Restoration responded immediately to my call regarding a large water leak in a three bay plaster wall garage. Within two hours, fans were installed and work scheduled to tear out wet installation, install new insulation and install two layers of drywall. It was all so seamless, the job site was prepped and cleaned up immaculately. Working with Shawna and Devin was conducted professionally and was a real pleasure.
