The Intensa Dry team was professional, kind, extremely capable, and they each did an excellent job helping us when our pipe burst. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they showed up within an hour to the Arlington area to help us with our emergency to immediately begin mitigation of the damage. They helped us improve our home during the restoration process. We were pleasantly satisfied during what was an extremely stressful time for us. We especially appreciated John and Ruben for their exceptional skills, as well as Eric for his communication and assistance!

Intense Dry was absolutely amazing. My entire downstairs was flooded. The situation was overwhelming. From the moment I called them, I knew I was in good hands. They worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered. What wasn't covered, they worked with me on pricing. And after living in temporary housing for two months, I came back to a beautiful house. There is nothing I would change.

The staff are very professional, I was pleased by their promptness and attention to detail. I needed a quick turnaround on my project and they got the job done and right on time. The people were really nice and I felt like they were truly wanting the best for my rental. I will be a return customer for sure if I need disaster/restoration help!
