I called Texas roof specialist with some issues we’ve been dealing with insurance. They were very upfront and very honest about the process. They genuinely did not push any kind of sales, in fact, they gave me resources to find a solution rather than trying to push a sale on us. I spoke to a handful of roofers previously, and they all jumped on sending me an invoice. This was the only company that did not immediately jump to that. Excellent service and a solid guy that will work with you. It was an uphill battle with the bad timing of consistent bad weather but Chris managed to keep us updated and put us on schedule as soon as it was possible. He brought an excellent team and a great quality roof.

He gave me a copy, so when I get it inspected again, we can have a visual reference that the roof was in good condition before this crazy weather hit. Called to inquire about services and a free consultation since I experienced water damage on my first floor roof (visible brown spots and cracked dry wall) from second floor bathroom tank leak. I tried to explain the situation since this happened 10 days ago and area was dried with a fan and now I was concerned about possible mold and repairing my walls but I was cut off and asked to provide all my contact information first. Customer service agent offered to send a person within an hour and I declined since I was not home and it was not an emergency and would prefer to schedule it in two days. I was told off by the customer service agent I talked with about how I wasn't acting like this was an emergency and how they are there to act in cases of emergency, I countered that he should have let me explain my situation first if that was the case. I don't think they make explicit in their website that they are only there for emergencies and it does say they offer restoration services. I am still very confused. I wish he had let me provide him with the description of my situation before I wasted 5 minutes providing contact/other information. Overall, it was an unneceserlay unpleasant call.
