When we were building our new location Christen from Southwest cleaning reached out to us about their services. They helped us put together a cleaning plan for our new location for all parts of the facility. We have been with them for 6 months now and I can say they have been the best service I have ever used. They communicate very well and if there is an issue they handle it quickly. They are a great partner.

The Certified Team responded quickly to my request for help with my home's mold problems. I called their staff after a downpour since I had a sizable leak. They came to my Lubbock home, responded straight away, were able to offer me an estimate, and finished the work quickly. They did a good job and finished on schedule. They are a reliable source for water repair in Lubbock, which is why I recommend them.

My carpet was white and full of all kinds of stains my carpet looks new again. Reasonably priced. The tech was quick fa's and efficient. Very nice and polite.
