Called to get help changing our address for an order over $1k. Customer service person was very rude and unhelpful. The order was made only an hour previously. They couldn’t change the address and said the order had to go out and return before I could do anything about it. I asked for options and she flat out told me there are none and hung up. I called back and asked for a manager and they hung up immediately. I finally called operator and asked for a manager of customer service and was given Katina who gave me instructions on how to call the online store. Overall I’m shocked that anyone at the Exchange customer service would hang up on military related customer and talk rudely to them. Considering us military personnel PCS and our address is easily wrong at times in the profile there should be a much better way of handling this. I doubt there will be any repercussions so I felt it important to make this review.
