April's Cleaning Services did a fantastic job at my restaurant! They were thorough, professional, and really paid attention to detail. The place looks spotless and inviting. Highly recommend their services!

I needed 15 yards of crushed limestone for driveway. I was delivered about 6 or 7 yards at $875.00 for a load. The truck was half empty. NEVER AGAIN

Called a week ahead and reserved a dozer for the weekend and went in to pay for it and day ahead and they rented it to an another customer! Also didn’t bother to let me know they didn’t have the dozer available!

I needed 3 loads of rock delivered and spread on our driveway. Joe came out and got the rock unloaded quickly and spread it out perfectly! He fixed some areas a previous contractor screwed up and i am very pleased with the results. He was very honest and polite and we will def be using him again. We had previously had rock delivered from another company before using JBC and they were awful. They came and delivered it at 730 and 9pm at night in the dark which is insane. so happy to have found these guys.

This is one of the most professional and courteous businesses I've ever seen. Our septic system was backing up and he came out first thing in the morning. I've met a lot of hard working men in my life but Mr. Jeff Martindale is by far one the best I've ever dealt with. Thank you so much for your help and getting to us so quickly! I'd recommend them to anybody. It was very nice talking to you Mr. Martindale!

We had a new propane range delivered which had to be installed. The delivery man (from a local big box store) had refused to disconnect the old range (which was a service had paid for). Brian disconnected the old range and installed the new one. He is a GREAT problem solver which ended up being so helpful. I highly recommend Lakes Area Plumbing.

Fast response, great work, friendly staff and reasonable prices. You can’t ask for more than that.

Messed up my clothes numerous times, some of them permanent. Wasted a lot of gas coming and going from this place. Tried to blame me a few times also. The owner doesn’t want to pay and fix the issue. Doesn’t take responsibility. The reviews here speak for itself. The owner is the worst of the worst. Should be out of business

Delores at the TLC lost my Down full size White Comforter and they said it was pillows. I am not stupid I know the difference between pillow and comforter. I put the comforter in there myself. This is a horrible cleaners that do not know what they are doing. They do not even deserve a 1 star. Will never use again horrible place.

We had a leak in our home that resulted in extensive mold damage. It left our home smelling old and musty. It concerned me that we were breathing in all that mold. Air Quality Solutions tested the mold. I was relieved to find out it wasn't black mold. Air Quality Solutions did a fantastic job sanitizing and deodorizing our home. Our home smells great and I no longer worry about what we breathe. I highly recommend them.

I used them to fog my office for mold and later had them come back for covid-19 sanitization. They did a great job and left me feeling confident that the mold and viruses had been taken care of.

UPDATE: Ended up cancelling service because they continued to miss trash pick up’s and if your date falls on a holiday OH WELL. A complaint has been filed with the attorney general. Theft will not be tolerated. OLD: We’ve mostly had no problems until this last week (if they didn’t pick up before I just decided maybe it was my fault) they just stopped picking up and haven’t even been down our road because I see my neighbors with cans out waiting. I called and spoke to a nice lady about a recovery twice now. She stated they would recover by Friday night. They can’t blame it on the road because our road is perfectly fine. Saturday morning now and still nothing. It’s also Labor Day Weekend so I’m worried we may not get a pickup for another week or two. I just paid for 3 months of service and now am thinking of canceling and just burning and dumping the rest at the town dump. 10/26/2024: We were given a new pickup day of Friday. This caused a pile up in my garbage, but okay, I can deal. Pickup was completed the first Friday, but missed the following week. Now I can’t deal because I’ve got extra garbage piling up from the schedule change. I had even put our can out a day early. I noticed some of my neighbors just leave their cans at the street and now wondering if it’s for their convenience or because they never actually know when the truck is coming to our road. If they are short-handed, a notice would be nice, at least, to say hey just leave your cans out and we’ll retrieve when we can. It’s Saturday and I have to wait all weekend to call on Monday. For the $140 I pay every quarter seems like not much to ask for at least some communication.

This post list Pineywoods Sanitation as owner of this google maps business. well pineywoods sanitation was bought out by live oak enviironmental about a year ago. and my beef is with these crooks. I was with pineywoods sanitation for 24 years without having 1 complaint. boy do I miss them. this so called company live oak environmental oh what a cutthroat band of crooks, today i recieve a post card in the mail basicilly telling me that the trash service i am currently recieving will be cut in half (so no more twice a week pick up now its just once a week . but absently missing from that card is they are not going to cut my weekly pay rates in half oh and if the services are not good enough i can pay an additional container can be provided for an additional $10.00 per month. so in a nut shell my services are being cut in half and my monthly fees are being raisied. what a crock of horse manure. I won't be staying with this company any longer.

I have been using Piney woods sanitation since moving back to Nacogdoches last year. I wasn’t having any problems up until three months ago. Within three months they have missed trash pickup 3-5 times, leaving me to clean up the mess. I always make sure our trash cans are out by the road by Tuesday night. We have tried multiple times to speak to someone at the office and always get voicemail, and all emails are never responded to. The few times that someone has answered they have made a false promise of pickup the next week. Seeing as this has been a continuous issue I have reported them to Nacogdoches County Sanitation department and the Federal Business Bureau (loss of product paid for). I highly suggest that if you are dealing with the same issues to also report them. I have attached two pictures of what I’ve been having to deal with before work these last few weeks.
