We would like to thank Gus for all his help. I was very suspect of this process and what it claimed to do- after some researching online I came across the Army Corps of Engineers report on the process and became a believer. It helped detail the science and ability of the dry fogging. Gus was great to work with and would highly recommend him for anyone in need of these kind of services. The entire process was relatively quick and non invasive to our home life as the amount of time out of the home was minimal compared to demolition and construction. Again, if this is something you are considering would encourage folks to call Gus and ask questions.

We had an excellent experience with Gus, owner of Pure Maintenace. The only thing is, I wish we had called them first, not last. After a mold incident throughout our house after hurricane Beryl we did full remediation by tearing down walls and rebuilding what felt like our entire house. This costed us over $20k. Although that helped there was an area we missed or overlooked. We were experiencing health issues from the mycotoxins that mold gives off and were trying to figure out what options we had. Another big remediation costing another $20k or even just selling our house. We started searching options online and reading mold forums on Facebook. That’s how we found Gus at pure maintenance. He helped answer a ton of questions and helped us understand the entire process. After some more research online (reviews, corps of engineers report, etc.) we decided to pull the trigger and proceed with his services. Gus worked with our schedule and even stayed later than anticipated to help limit the time our family spent in a hotel, which was not even necessary, but we chose to stay in a hotel for our personal convenience. His pricing was extremely fair, especially compared to what we would have spent in remediation. Not to mention it only took a day for Gus to do his fogging. Remediation we would have had to stay in a hotel for a month or more. Returning home after Gus was all done our home felt so clean and good. There was no smell at all and we were no longer reacting to anything like we were before. Finding Gus and his services was a true blessing and something I wish we had known about sooner. Thank you Gus!!!

Gus did a fantastic job! His responses were prompt, he was patient with all the questions I had, and his service was effective. He’s very mold literate & thoroughly explains his step by step process in detail. He went above and beyond to further explain mold growth and prevention. His knowledge on mold exceeded that of every other mold remediation company I had spoken to. The dry fogging patented technology really is a game changer when it comes to eradicating mold. I can confidently say that our home is now clean and safe. We have not had any symptoms since the dry fogging! We are happy & healthy, thanks to Pure Maintenance of Texas!! Thank you Gus

We had a very bad situation with our floors and I called Scott to advise us. He was very helpful, caring, respectful, professional and understanding of the problem. He worked with us in and on every situation to help up resolve this problem. We were very thankful. His team that did the work was respectful, professional, and understanding of my fears about the floors. They answered our questions when we didn't understand some of the procedures they were doing. Also Scott was always available if we had any concerns which was great. They finished on time and always keep us informed at all times. This was a pleasant experience for a bad floor problem. Scott and his team came in, told me 3 days and we're done in 3 days. Scott was a great communicator, giving me updates daily. I accidentally overpaid Scott and Scott provided me a refund with my receipt. There are not a lot of honest people in the world let alone contractors but God bless him and his crew for their excellent work!

once again Scott and his team did excellent work on my home. they replaced all the rotted facial boards, and fixed the flashing and sealed the chimney and roof and painted and installed new copper gutters. I recommend GCR Builders to everyone that says they need some kind of home improvement. I plan on using them again to replace the windows in my house. Dana Patino

Awesome experience with J Burk Home inspections. I went to the inspection and met with our inspector Josh. He was extremely nice and made me feel good about what he was doing and how he would be viewing the home. Within 3 hrs, Josh had texted me to give me his contact and to advise I would have the final report within the next day. His personal touch on the text alone made the service well worth it. He was right also, I had a complete report the next day. Awesome service and would recommend these folks to everyone!!! Great job…especially Josh!!!

Josh with JBurk Home Inspections always does a very thorough job for my clients and actually slows down his inspections when they are in his presence in order to make sure they don't have any unanswered questions.
