Horrible, unreliable service and owner is unprofessional. They DO NOT pick up bags left beside the trash can even when they state they will. They completely skipped pick up the week of Christmas. They finally came the next week and due to that, there were 2 extra bags next to the can that they didn't pick up. Contacted to cancel service, and their response was condescending and as poor and as their services. You can see for yourself in the screenshot below. Switch to Texas Disposal they have a 3 yr special right now, and service is only $90 a quarter, which includes a 96 gallon can; 2 extra bags outside can; and 4 free bulk pick ups annually.

Adam's picks up our trash- we are rural. They GAVE us a rolly bin. The other company that services our area wanted 60 dollars for a bin. They post to their FB page about all holiday pickups. They pickup bags on the side of the trashcan. The other service would not touch anything that was not in the bin. We just had a hurricane. They let is know they would be a day late picking up. They also let us know that if we had extra trash they would take it. Wonderful small business, run the way I would wish all businesses were- customer first!

Absolutely the best customer service experience. Called got a person on line she said she would call me back with her findings. The commitment was honored and service was resolved within hours. Great job !!!!

We had to replace old galvanized water pipes and the job was extensive. Luckily, we had Big Iron and their team during our reconstruction. They were a pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable. They were able to guide us through the entire process and come up with solutions to issues along the way. We found Big Iron Construction following a recommendation after burst pipe and flooding which caused extensive damage to our master, powder room and connecting walls. Jose Flores and his team have been superb! Jose is really good at knowing what design style we wanted and managed to find materials that matched. They are all hard working, well presented, polite and professional, respectful of our home and always leaving the house as clean and tidy as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We now have beautiful master suite, completed to a very high standard.

From beginning to end, the process was smooth and communication open. The team sent out were also very friendly & professional. I made the right choice in trusting them to handle everything.
