There was 2 washing machines working when I went up to laundry. Ok I started the front load washer with 5 bath towels and a blanket ok it washed, rinsed it stopped after rinse with my bath towels and blanket ok so I wait 10-15 mins goes by and nothing. I go next door ask for help with this washer only to be told they can’t help and no information to for the owner so I can call somebody. So I went back and I opened the washer door and took my laundry out soaking wet to the last washer available to finish my laundry. I’m pissed off I have spent my last however much money I have spent at this laundry mat. I’ll go elsewhere.

The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. 16 washers, less than 5 work. 12 dryers, 3 of which "work" whenever they feel like it.. The amount of lint build up behind/inside the machines Is a MAJOR fire hazard. One wrong move, it's up in flames. Change machine NEVER has change, requiring customers to go ask the Gas station clerk for quarters repeatedly. (The gas station does not own this.) No one cleans the place or maintains the machinery, which is sad for the locals with this being their ONLY choice in town to wash/dry. To the owners: I've reported you to the state and BBB. Do better.

This place is rundown and all the washers but 1 are out of order and the one that “works” takes your quarters and says you haven't put any in. Honestly disappointing please fix your washers if your going to run a Washateria

We had water damage, I didn't know where to begin when the insurance came in. Boyd's # was given to us & we contacted him and he came in like a whirlwind went through the house made notes called everyone we needed he was really a lifesaver I was really unsure even where to begin. It took 6 weeks to fix we had to move out of our house and he even gave suggestions on that as well. I would not know what to do without him I am very happy we called him I highly recommend Boyd!!

My kitchen and my husband's closet flooded a few months ago, and we were horrified and overwhelmed at the idea of rebuilding. We were referred to Mike Boyd by Servpro, and let me tell you... we struck gold with him!! He is an angel!! He came over, told us exactly what was going to happen, and an estimated timeline. We got to pick out all our countertops and carpet, and Mike and his guys took over the rest. We met so many sweet people! They were all so kind, and polite, and I loved having them around. They worked diligently, and the painter (We love Paul!) even went out to play with my dogs during his breaks! The entire process was so painless. Our kitchen was finished right before Christmas and I'm still raving about Mike and his guys! We love them so much. Plus my kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous! I love it so much more now than I did before! I hope we never have to go through a major loss in the house again, but we rest easy knowing Mike Boyd has our back if we do! Thank you so much for everything, Mike! We appreciate you more than you ever could know!

We had a large water leak and had no idea where to turn. We were referred to Mike Boyd and I cannot express how amazing an experience we had with Mike and his guys. They were so very friendly and Mike coordinated everything with insurance and all involved. He completely took us out of the picture and helped us out in a situation we were so overwhelmed and lost. They finished ahead of time, answered questions and catered to us through the whole project. This is how a contractor service should be and I would recommend to anyone no matter how large or small the project is. This is the 2nd time I have used Flood & Fire restoration for general carpet cleaning. Lael was professional and on time. He very clear in his quote and pricing - which were fantastic and much more affordable. I like that this is a small local business. I will use again and tell my friends/neighbors. My carpets look brand new and the smell is nice - not chemical smell at all.

They were professional and nice. They walked me through everything step by step. They ended up replacing a lot of the decking on my roof. The only issue I had was that they worked until it was dark and did their cleanup then. That's something that really needs to be done when you can still see what you're doing. They missed a lot of nails that had fallen. But, I know that some of that is just a part of a new roof. I am very happy with the roof. It looks well done and the color that AJ recommended looks wonderful and very updated from what I had. I recommend them and would use them again.

Having a commercial roof replaced is much different than a residential roof. I appreciate the professionalism of Springtree, not only in their work but in their conduct with our insurer, keeping the insurance company honest. Excellent communication during the process and the results were better than explained to us.
