We are 36 ish hours after our carpet cleaning and some areas aren’t dry (we have fans on in every room). We were given no instruction for after… the areas that are dry seem almost sticky or like they were not rinsed well. We have used this company in the passed and been very happy. This visit unfortunately was not as great.

I recently hired Wow Total Cleaning and Restoration services and they did a fantastic job in cleaning my carpets on a rental unit. I will definitely hire them in the future for my other rental units. We had quite a bit of damage from a tornado/storm back in May 2024. So we needed a lot of work. We had used Dwyer Restoration when we lived in Rockport Tx. Which was from Hurricane Harvey in 2017. He was our Angel. All the work then and now here in San Marcos TX. The staff and workers have done an outstanding job. We have another project in the works now. He is a man of word and will always leave the customer satisfied with the project. We will continue to use Dwyer Restoration.
