The court itself is fine, it is their systems that are substandard. They have an online payment system, but you have to know every single detail in order to pay properly. There is no search option and no way to pull up a citation without already having all the information. They have one court clerk, who is the only person in their office who can access the court records. If court is in session, that is where she is, and on Friday and Wednesday they close at noon. So, if you need to get information to pay your fines, pay very close attention to the COURT hours because no one else in the Bruceville-Eddy offices can help you with citation information.

I called Belfor very late in the night for a water mitigation emergency service. They were at my house very early in the morning. They were very professional and did a great job. Before they left, they made sure to take everything they removed and left everything clean. I was impressed. Will hire them again!

These ppl are so so amazing, our apt building burnt down and belfor staff went in and found my sons urn and tried to clean it up and they couldn't so bless their souls they got in touch with a funeral home and replaced my sons urn and my mom's urns. We initially used Belfor after the snowmageddon in 2021 and were impressed. The Belfor team reached out after the 2024 tornado and we had no doubt our experience would be amazing. Our 2nd experience with Belfor has FAR exceeded our expectations. Communication for this HUGE project for several commercial buildings was constant, team leads, supervisors all kept us in the loop of what to expect and when. The entire team were friendly & professional and kept their promise to make sure we were satisfied with ALL the repairs. At the end of the day, it was an unfortunate issue to deal with tornado destruction, however, Belfor, and Rusty's team, made it less painful. I would definitely use them again and again.

On Sunday, May 12th we had a bad storm with hail. That hail caused bad damage to our roof and created a leak into our attic above our garage and laundry room. That Thursday the 16th, we had another bad storm and I came home to water in my laundry room on the floor and on top of the washer. When the insurance adjuster came out to look at the damage the following week he suggested that I look into hiring a water mitigation company for the interior. Enter Rytech. I called and set up an appointment. When Brent came out he answered the questions that I had and seemed very helpful. He told me that the discoloration that I was seeing on the ceiling of our laundry room was dirt from the attic coming through and settling. Since he was the subject matter expert I didn't question this explanation. He said that he didn't want to start any work until contacting the insurance company because he didn't want us getting stuck with a large bill if they decided not to cover something. I literally spent the next 2 months trying to get this taken care of and essentially got ghosted by him. When I spoke to my insurance adjuster he told me that the only thing that Rytech ever sent in was for the moisture check, and nothing else. I called Rytech 2 weeks ago about this and was told that the message would be passed on to the local branch. I haven't heard anything from them as of yet. We had a different water mitigation company come out and look at the damage this week and low and behold have mold in the laundry room. I dread to think of what the interior of the walls and ceiling look like. I will never try to use Rytech again and I will NEVER recommend them either. How can a company that has such high ratings have such poor service? I've included the texts between the Brent and myself, as well as the initial picture of the ceiling and what was found behind our dryer and once the cabinets in the laundry room were removed. There were also phone calls that I made to him that went unreturned. A simple, “I’m sorry, we can’t help you in this matter” would have sufficed so that I could have gotten someone else sooner and be done with it by now.

Brent Keel of Rytech was selected by our insurance company to provide clean up from water in multiple rooms in our home. Throughout the seven-day process, Brent was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He did his best to minimize the interference in our daily lives, despite the many fans and dehumidifiers. Brent came daily to check the drying progress, relocate fans/dehumidifies as needed, and give us a status report. No one wants a water catastrophe; but, if one occurs, Brent of Rytech will resolve your problems with the least aggravation and most professionalism. His work was judged to be excellent by our restoration experts. (He even saved trim samples to make matching easier!) We strongly recommend Brent Keel of Rytech for the process and results of water damage clean up.

10/10 experience with this company. I called and Brent came out the same day to look at everything. They came back just a few days later to start the water and mold removal process. Brent is very understanding and helpful. The techs sent out are extremely polite and helpful as well.

I had a flood in my house from a busted pipe and my house flooded and I called dryit services and they were out there within an hour. Mercy and Aaron were amazing. They walked me through. Every step told me what needed to happen. I’ve never had this happen, nor have I gone through they were very helpful definitely five star. I will give them review and continue to work with them.
