Mike came out to do a mold inspection within 24 hrs of my first phone call. As soon as we were ready to schedule, he fit us in that week. Mike and his crew were always on time, coming promptly when they said they would! His crew was excellent, even moving Christmas decorations back to the attic after they were finished with the treatment. Mike is knowledgeable, fair, and his crew were all professional and courteous. I would highly recommend going to SOMEONE ELSE if you have a mold issue. My wife and I were told we had black mold in our crawlspace so I paid $3k to have them encapsulate the space. The job was not only done poorly, but they also sprayed white latex paint over our entire garage floor. This was something we never asked them to do and we STILL can’t park in our own garage because we will track the paint throughout the neighborhood. The workers completely made a mess and didn’t take away the trash they left behind. We also had a second guy come out to test for mold and it turns out we never even had a mold issue to start with. This was the BIGGEST waste of money in my life and I wish I had never paid them a dime. Save yourself the money and headache and go to anyone else!

Mold Experts of Atlanta was extremely thorough and very professional. They went above and beyond, disinfected and scrubbed all the floor joists to remove mold. They removed everything from the crawlspace, cleaned, and boxed up what they could to ensure a mold free environment. Definitely Five Stars!
