Awesome experience with J Burk Home inspections. I went to the inspection and met with our inspector Josh. He was extremely nice and made me feel good about what he was doing and how he would be viewing the home. Within 3 hrs, Josh had texted me to give me his contact and to advise I would have the final report within the next day. His personal touch on the text alone made the service well worth it. He was right also, I had a complete report the next day. Awesome service and would recommend these folks to everyone!!! Great job…especially Josh!!!

Josh with JBurk Home Inspections always does a very thorough job for my clients and actually slows down his inspections when they are in his presence in order to make sure they don't have any unanswered questions. He never rushes his inspections or makes the customer feel like their are in his way. I can tell he enjoys truly educating my clients. His reports are always timely, clear and concise. What a wonderful job today! Everything was professional and trustworthy! (Being a single parent of a disabled child, that truly means something.) Moreno Tree Service took down a dead 25-30 feet oak tree in my front yard right beside my house and ground seven stumps in my backyard. They showed up on time with a six person crew and all the equipment necessary to take down the tree. After seven hours of work, they left no evidence they were here except a pile of mulch. I could not have asked for more. As for price, I got three quotes from different companies and all were comparable, but Mr. Moreno’s was the most comprehensive and competitive. Also, while he was here, he ended up getting some additional stump grinding work from the neighbors! I wish I could find pre-cut pictures, but I’ve added the after shots for your review.

This company was very quick to respond to a fallen tree in my yard from hurricane Beryl. They did a good job at removing all the debris and grinding down the stump. The price was fair for the amount of work it took to do the job.

Mr Moreno was very professional & personable. He came out to look at a tree that had fallen across my driveway on Sunday evening & had his crew to my house at 8:00 am Monday morning. They worked quickly & had my driveway cleaned up in just a couple of hours. He did the job exactly how we had discussed. I will be using Moreno Tree Service for more tree work in the future. Thank you Mr Moreno!

Horrible, unreliable service and owner is unprofessional. They DO NOT pick up bags left beside the trash can even when they state they will. They completely skipped pick up the week of Christmas. They finally came the next week and due to that, there were 2 extra bags next to the can that they didn't pick up. Contacted to cancel service, and their response was condescending and as poor and as their services. You can see for yourself in the screenshot below. Switch to Texas Disposal they have a 3 yr special right now, and service is only $90 a quarter, which includes a 96 gallon can; 2 extra bags outside can; and 4 free bulk pick ups annually.

Adam's picks up our trash- we are rural. They GAVE us a rolly bin. The other company that services our area wanted 60 dollars for a bin. They post to their FB page about all holiday pickups. They pickup bags on the side of the trashcan. The other service would not touch anything that was not in the bin. We just had a hurricane. They let is know they would be a day late picking up. They also let us know that if we had extra trash they would take it. Wonderful small business, run the way I would wish all businesses were- customer first!

Absolutely the best customer service experience. Called got a person on line she said she would call me back with her findings. The commitment was honored and service was resolved within hours. Great job !!!!
