After a pipe burst in our home, this water damage restoration team arrived quickly. They dried everything out, repaired the damage, and saved our floors.

There was 2 washing machines working when I went up to laundry. Ok I started the front load washer with 5 bath towels and a blanket ok it washed, rinsed it stopped after rinse with my bath towels and blanket ok so I wait 10-15 mins goes by and nothing. I go next door ask for help with this washer only to be told they can’t help and no information to for the owner so I can call somebody. So I went back and I opened the washer door and took my laundry out soaking wet to the last washer available to finish my laundry. I’m pissed off I have spent my last however much money I have spent at this laundry mat. I’ll go elsewhere.

The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. 16 washers, less than 5 work. 12 dryers, 3 of which "work" whenever they feel like it.. The amount of lint build up behind/inside the machines Is a MAJOR fire hazard. One wrong move, it's up in flames. Change machine NEVER has change, requiring customers to go ask the Gas station clerk for quarters repeatedly. (The gas station does not own this.) No one cleans the place or maintains the machinery, which is sad for the locals with this being their ONLY choice in town to wash/dry. To the owners: I've reported you to the state and BBB. Do better.

This place is rundown and all the washers but 1 are out of order and the one that “works” takes your quarters and says you haven't put any in. Honestly disappointing please fix your washers if your going to run a Washateria

Shane and Andy have been so professional throughout this entire process. We bought a home knowing that we would have to get pest control to come out. Green Defense was recommended to us by our home inspector, Greg at 343 Inspections. Although they are a little pricey, it's definitely worth it. You get exactly what you pay for. Not only are they incredibly friendly, they are always on time and sometimes even early. They are very detail oriented and want to make sure they're doing everything that they can to prevent critters from getting in the attic. They have come back over five times to check-in and make sure they are catching what they need. Shane and Andy have been super helpful and we're very appreciative of their kindness!

Shane was professional, reliable, courteous, on-time, and proactive about making sure that our rodent issue was not only taken care of right, but STAYED taken care with multiple return visits to ensure that our home remained rodent-free. Usually you have to find a provider who is professional and does great work but is expensive, or someone who is reasonable but unreliable and/or less than the best. Green Defense is the best of all worlds and our family will never rely on anyone else for pest control needs!

Amazing service! Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning helped get our home in Van Alstyne ready for renovations by cleaning our air ducts, chimney, and kitchen vents. Everett was on time and made sure everything, including the new dryer vent, was spotless before leaving. The whole process was very professional, and the customer service was excellent.

They performed a comprehensive cleaning and treated our home with great respect. While their services may be a bit more expensive, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of work they provide! The team was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job! Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated being able to talk to a person right away instead of dealing with an automated system. We had a few vents that weren’t pushing out heat, and Leo went above and beyond to check for any disconnections using his camera snake. He was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Although some of my vent covers were closed and had a bit of dust on them afterward, I believe this can be easily improved. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the air duct cleaning service and would definitely recommend it to others!
