Had an amazing experience with ACI. Our home is in Tow and they made the trip even though it was around an hour drive one way. Their treatment gave us peace of mind when in the lawn and on the deck. We started having tons of bugs and insects turning up dead! Very happy with the service and when we requested the tech to not spray in the home he was understanding and respected our decision :)

UPDATE 4/8/2024 - After over a year, the grass still will not grow where ACI damaged my lawn. UPDATE 8/9/23 - I dropped my rating to one star. ACI has come out a few times; and while I appreciate them trying, I still have significant problems with my lawn. I literally have places of bare soil where nothing will grow. Even the carpet grass runners that grow into the areas where the damage is will not put roots into the soil. It's like a nuclear wasteland. On the side of my house where I once had thick perfect carpet grass is now a mixture of weeds and crabgrass. At this point, I assume I will have to resod my lawn next spring. I have attached a couple of recent photos but this doesn't do justice to how extensive the damage is. UPDATE 5/11/23 - They had an expert come with the ACI person that did the previous treatments come out and the determination is that the lawn was stressed when a weed treatment was done previously. They are doing some treatments (at no cost)to help the lawn recover. While I am pleased that they are finally taking responsibility, the fact that there are well defined streaks of dead and damaged lawn tells me that the previous application(s) were not done evenly. Meaning, the spray and/or granular treatment must have been concentrated in the streaks. UPDATE 5/7/23 - I was contacted by the owner and they agreed to bring a lawn expert out this week to determine what should be done and to apply a treatment (at no cost) if needed. I will update this again and potentially change the star rating from the original 2-Stars if appropriate. I have attached additional photos of the worst areas. Their treatment(s) destroyed my lawn. I used ACI for a few years. This past year they did something that severly damaged my lawn. They attempted to blame this on fungus, but throughout my lawn you can clearly see streaks of treatment (basically walking paths). Ultimately, with my pressing, they said that maybe there was an existing fungus and their treatment caused the damage. But, they were still blaming it on fungus. It's odd that my adjoining neighbors do not have any issues and the burnt streaks in my lawn follow clear lines and end at my property lines. My neighbor across the street that also used ACI this past year has the exact some problem although not as severe as mine. All other neighbors who don't do any treatments with anyone have thick green lawns. If ACI would have just said, "oops, we did something wrong..." I would have been OK with them. Everyone makes mistakes. But, trying to blame clear streaks on the lawn on fungus and not taking responsibility for what they did results in this review. They are very nice and great to work with. But at the end of the day, I was paying them to keep my lawn healthy - not to destroy it. I give them 1 start for this year and 3-4 starts for the previous years.

EVERYONE was so helpful. From services they offer to guidelines to prepare to post treatment recommendations. The technicians who came out were respectful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would recommend ACI to anyone. Really great service and very punctual.

Brandon and his crew painted the outside of our house and "the barn." Beautiful work. They were always on time. Never left a mess. Need a painter call Weaver's in Llano, Texas.

Extremely happy with the work they did on my house. It's really hard to find good reliable help nowadays and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely will be using them again for other projects that come up!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. Darryn is very chatty and tries to be friendly to earn your trust until you sign the contract. During contract he is trying to screw you and insurance company by adding items to contract and telling you "don't worry insurance will pay this" after insurance refuses he says it is in contract and it is your problem. His crew are incompetent, the guy using nail gun goes all around the roof and nail the Edgers while nails all are half way driven without noticing (picture).They put starter shingle ON the gutter and create curve at edges so water will accumulate in front of gutters(picture).Darryn acts and talks like he is very experienced but he told me he is doing roofing for just about FOUR years. He never goes to look at the finished roof himself all he does forwards the pictures which he gets from crew to you and insurance company, and says it looks great. I had those pictures also till after a week I decided to look at roof myself. If you hire this guy either you have to know about roofing real good OR you need hire inspector to check the details , like my case will be after the fact. I bet none of those five star rating guys never gone on roof to see for themselves. All those pictures are sent by the crew to him and he is just forwarding to others. He likes to descount insurance deductable but he is not alone.

Duration Roofing was recommended by a neighbor and Darryn was friendly and easy to work with. The crew was quick and cleaned behind themselves fairly well to. He was even able to coordinate gutter replacements too. We are happy with the work and the price.
