The customer service of this company, specifically from April & Will, is unmatched. Servpro of Deridder,LA came to my help with an overflowed tub. I was panicked and unsure what I needed to do. I immediately spoke with Mrs. Pat, she is a truly wonderful woman. She told me what I needed to do first. We got a crew out and they came in and got right to work. Once the damage from the water was dried out comes the next phase. This company can come back and restore the damage too. They walk you through each step, so that you aren’t left to it alone. This experience has been so much better having someone there to hold your hand. Having your home flood is never going to be easy to deal with, but having the right help is essential, Servpro of Deridder has been that for us. The crew was kind and respectful. They didn’t stand around, they had a lot of really hard work to do, and they did with a great attitude. Can’t say enough about how they handled it for us. I hired this company. They gave me a bid for my project. They asked for 3/4 down but accepted 1/2 down. I paid 1/2 the first day in cash. They worked a couple of hours and said they had to go for screws and would be back. They never returned. They do not respond to my texts or e-mail and their phone is not accepting calls. I believe they have me blocked and took my money. I don't believe they will return and I am out over $700,00 dollars. They came across as very honest and really wanting the work but split shortly after I paid. I hate to accuse anyone of scamming but that's what I believe has happened. Hate to know that someone would scam a 71 yr old on retirement. I worked really hard for my money and it makes me very sad that someone would show up at my home with their wife and children and steal money from me. What are they teaching their children. Do they really think it's OK to just take from someone without working? FYI the Owner (or person that I talked to) was Dustin Williams. The address I have in in Kirbyville TX. Please be careful when contacting them.
