Scott was passionate and flexible on the cleaning services provided. He worked to find a budget that would be suitable to our needs. Scott worked on our grout, cleaning and sealing for 2 days. Scott & Jose provided prompt service. They teamed up and worked well together to steam cleaned four bedrooms and a closet. They offered us the 3 rooms for $89 special and additional rooms for $38. They treated our carpets with Tea tree eucalyptus sanitizer, cherry neutralizer deodorizer and topical pet treatment. The rooms smell great. Kudos Scott & Jose. Great job.

We had quite a bit of damage from a tornado/storm back in May 2024. So we needed a lot of work. We had used Dwyer Restoration when we lived in Rockport Tx. Which was from Hurricane Harvey in 2017. He was our Angel. All the work then and now here in San Marcos TX. The staff and workers have done an outstanding job. We have another project in the works now. He is a man of word and will always leave the customer satisfied with the project. We will continue to use Dwyer Restoration.
