We went in to obtain our legal 911 street address and a wonderfully kind and patient woman, Gracie Santos, helped us. We learned that she has been at this front desk for 25+ plus years. While we are at the window asking for her help she is taking care of dispatch calls for police and other calls. She was a treat to deal with and we are grateful for her service.

I put my order in for a new branding iron, in the morning, and was surprised at how quickly it was done. By lunch I was emailed a video of the finished iron and then it was taken to the Post Office, packaged up, and sent to me. Within a couple of days I had my new branding iron. The owner used to work on a ranch so I didn't have to worry how the iron was built. He knows his stuff. Also these guys make some awesome and huge stacking racks that attaches to dozers and are designed to rip up the ground for land clearing so I knew making me a first class branding iron would be no problem. Great job and a great company. Another happy HMS customer.

He talks a big talk and when you point out design flaws, he belittles you and then makes the changes as if he thought of them himself. Don’t take my word for it, go look at his Facebook.

Garret, went out of his way to be nice to me even when he didn’t have to be. These guys make heavy duty attachments for bulldozers that are not cheap light duty like most, they don’t skimp on materials.

The staff arrived on schedule and completed all tasks efficiently. The air quality in my home has significantly improved since the cleaning.
