Shane and Andy have been so professional throughout this entire process. We bought a home knowing that we would have to get pest control to come out. Green Defense was recommended to us by our home inspector, Greg at 343 Inspections. Although they are a little pricey, it's definitely worth it. You get exactly what you pay for. Not only are they incredibly friendly, they are always on time and sometimes even early. They are very detail oriented and want to make sure they're doing everything that they can to prevent critters from getting in the attic. They have come back over five times to check-in and make sure they are catching what they need. Shane and Andy have been super helpful and we're very appreciative of their kindness!

Shane was professional, reliable, courteous, on-time, and proactive about making sure that our rodent issue was not only taken care of right, but STAYED taken care with multiple return visits to ensure that our home remained rodent-free. Usually you have to find a provider who is professional and does great work but is expensive, or someone who is reasonable but unreliable and/or less than the best. Green Defense is the best of all worlds and our family will never rely on anyone else for pest control needs!

First class service! Great customer service. Arrived when they said they would and sent me a photo of the job complete since I wasn’t at home. Very easy to schedule and with a two week old at home they made the process super easy for me! Would definitely recommend and use again! The price was amazing as well!

Amazing service! Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning helped get our home in Van Alstyne ready for renovations by cleaning our air ducts, chimney, and kitchen vents. Everett was on time and made sure everything, including the new dryer vent, was spotless before leaving. The whole process was very professional, and the customer service was excellent.

We had Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning come to clean our home vents after they did an amazing job at our business. Everett and Leo were incredibly polite and professional. They performed a comprehensive cleaning and treated our home with great respect. While their services may be a bit more expensive, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of work they provide! I highly recommend them!

The team was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job! Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated being able to talk to a person right away instead of dealing with an automated system. We had a few vents that weren’t pushing out heat, and Leo went above and beyond to check for any disconnections using his camera snake. He was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Although some of my vent covers were closed and had a bit of dust on them afterward, I believe this can be easily improved. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the air duct cleaning service and would definitely recommend it to others!

I have a maintenance agreement with these guys and just had my first checkup with Antonio. He did a thorough job and let me know what I needed for my 23 year old system. No pressure from him at all. Life is good.

Antonio was great. But the scheduler completely f’d this up. She rolled me - and assured me we were under contract. Of course Antonio comes and wants to get paid. So we told him no before he started.

I'm done with these guys. I used to love using them. Prices were fair. Techs were excellent. We used them for years at our old house. Now, just bad. I'm happy to talk to the owner(s) about the problems, but 3 no call no shows, is garbage. Along with no follow up on each no call. I'm the one that has to call in, let them know the Tech never came, and then hear the reason/excuse. Not sure when there was a turn, but it probably started when "Faith" became their number one value (it's on their site). Find someone else.

The crews had good communication. The service was professional and we received extensive reports and photos of the incident. Nicholas was there in the beginning of the process and and back on the last day to ensure the areas were dry and ready for closing up the affected areas.

I recently had the opportunity to work with this company, Restoration Solutions, after my house was struck by lightning and concurrently an intense electrical fire which burned through portions of the roof in my master bath. The team was very quick to come in and professionally remove debris, wet insulation and wet sheetrock. They were quick and worked as an incredible team as they removed garbage, trash related to the fire. They were in constant contact with me to keep me informed every step of the way and respected my personal belongings. I am fully impressed with this company and the work methodology they employ with each team member. This company embraces total service for the customer.
