Rainbow International does a great job on cleaning carpets and all types of flooring. In the last couple of weeks, I had my carpets cleaned and they look like new and I had my grout stained and sealed and the tile in my kitchen and entry hall cleaned and it looks fabulous. My vehicle upholstery looked fantastic after the professional staff at Rainbow International cleaned it. You can't even tell I have a six year old in the back seat everyday. Jon and Evan are the best. We came home from a weekend away to our second slab leak in less than a month and we met with several companies that wanted to charge us thousands of dollars just to dry out the house, not even fix any damaged drywall. One of the local companies that tried to take advantage of our situation rhymes with schmarpet schmech. I called Falcon Flood Services because of their great reviews and Jon came out within an hour or so, even though it was late in the day. They got to work and went above and beyond to give me and my wife peace of mind that we weren’t going to have mold. These guys knew we weren’t filing an insurance claim and they worked with us every step of the way to make sure we weren’t totally screwed financially. They even got me hooked up with a guy who does good drywall work. I cannot speak highly enough of Jon and Evan. These guys have a high attention to detail and won’t leave till the job is done right. They made sure both they and we and were happy. I hope I never have another flood, but if I do I’m calling Falcon Flood Services. They definitely made a super stressful time a lot easier to get through.

Falcon Flood services has helped me with a flooded master bedroom and kitchen after a hot water heater malfunction. I can say that they are the most impressive and professional service I have had to use, they worked with my insurance adjuster and advocated on my behalf to make sure that I was reimbursed for their service. I can not express how thankful I am to Falcon Flood Service, I came home to a flood durning Memorial weekend. Monday morning Jon and his crew came out and looked at the place and explained everything that needed to be done, He immediately tore out the carpet placed fans out to dry out the place, they moved my furniture with care, and the following day they came and pick up the wet carpet from my front yard. For three days the fans were on so no mold would build up, and in those three days Jon was there checking the flooring and to see how I was doing.
