Finding a trustworthy contractor is pretty nerve wracking, but was very happy to have found these folks to repair some interior moisture damage. Christian, Darren, Marcos and their whole team have been great to work with; will use them again.

This is a great company to reach out to for any testing needs - results for us were fast.

We had a super short option period and these guys were able to get out there pretty much next day on short notice to get the inspection in and provided top notch service. Scott answered all of our (and our realtors’) questions and got us our report in time before our option period ended with plenty of time to discuss and review. Another perk is the ability to communicate by email and text—at work I often cannot step away for a call so that is great to get things done quickly! I also greatly appreciate the 360 photo feature as it’s helped us to go back and look at the home more thoroughly to plan out repairs in the meantime as we wait to close. We ended up choosing this inspection company over several other “big names” and would do the same again in the future. If you need a home inspection—go with these guys. Thank you!

Chris had availability quickly, which is key in this industry where we only have a few day option period. He was incredibly thorough, and even stayed longer than expected when we ran into an issue with the water manhole cover. We were most impressed with the excellent service provided by Restoration 1 in a remodel of our kitchen, where cabinets had to be torn out and rebuilt due to water damage from a leak in the dishwasher. This included a fix on a slab that was cracked during the mitigation phase. We accepted the offer of a low-cost patch (and hope/trust that it will last). Most outstanding was the work of Christian Prida, whose work as project manager far exceeded our expectations! He was timely and faithful in delivery of promises, competent in his assessment, and a pleasure to work with.
