I want to express my appreciation for the team who initially handled the water removal—especially since they had to go through the process twice. Mark and Hunter did an excellent job overseeing the reconstruction once the water issue was resolved. I’m also grateful to Javier and his crew for their patience and dedication throughout this long and demanding process.

Today, Chandler Chambers and Turner Williams started the mold restoration process in my house. They arrived with smiles, worked with a joyful attitude, and were so gracious to help and explain throughout the day. The day was "fun" to me as I watched them work so well together. They also thoroughly did every chore, making sure that they were not infringing on the functions of my home. They also made sure I understood each step of the process. It was a delight to have them here. What great work ethic they show, and what great representatives of your company! I'm so glad that they will return tomorrow! (Their names were not listed in the roster at the beginning.) Please give them 10 stars each, not 5! Today, Feb 19, John and Paul came to do the encapsulation - the final step of mold remediation. Just like ALL the other staff members of Rescue Restoration, they came with smiles, and went right to work. Explained every detail, and made me so comfortable that the job was complete. They were professional, yet personable. I thank this company for keeping really great team members. As I said before, give them 10 stars, not 5!

My mom used Rescue Restoration this past summer on her home. I am doing this review on her behalf because she passed away unexpectedly, and neither of us are ones to leave poor reviews, but I want to save despair to anyone else in a similar situation. The remediation process started well (which of course is where they get money). From there it was a nightmare. There was not transparency, no project management, and days out of our home with no work being done without any communication. All that aside, the work done was such poor quality. My mom sent pictures to the owner who was not interested in meeting with her or hearing from her her experience for the sake of helping make the company better. We had no idea these would be her last months of life and that the headache of being out of our home for far longer than needed with the work not done well causing floors to come up days within moving back in. Days after moving back in, the lintels above the windows fell off along with floor coming up. It turns out they didn’t put correct parts of the floor down which my mom had checked before to which they stated wasn’t needed. We lived with the basic pieces continuing to fall apart, but after my mom passed I reached back out to have the window lintels fixed as we will likely need to sell the house now. I learned they were places with double sided Velcro which they stated was not how it’s supposed to be done but they were desperate to finish. Safe to say it has already fallen apart again. I am beyond disappointed that this company caused undue stress, treated my mom’s house with disrespect and failed to make things right- even after multiple attempts. My mom attempted conversations to help make the company, manager, and owner better, but they unfortunately refused. There were several good workers, but I believe that have since left the company. I would not ever recommend Rescue Restoration. Their priority is money, not high quality or valuing the customer or the home, and it is truly disappointing.

I requested a quote from HomeTeam's website and got a response the same day from Brad Smithee. I contacted Brad on a Friday and he confirmed my appointment for the following Monday. The technician Johnathan Barrera was on time and efficient. He contacted me day of to let me know when he be in the area and even checked if I was home before he started. He followed up after the treatment and explained all that he did. HomeTeam already came highly recommended from my family and friends. I'm so glad to listened to them and was happy with the service!
