DR Consulting has great reviews and was highly recommended by Serve-Pro Restoration. I have not seen their repot but my wife and I are very pleased so far.

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out in hopes that someone can help me get in touch with Keith Ooten from Puremerald Floor Care, LLC. About two months ago, my team and I completed a 1,500 sqft demolition and VCT installation service for them here in Florida. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to contact Keith, we have not been paid for our work. We are two honest, hardworking family men, and we were really counting on that payment to cover our expenses, including rent. It’s very disheartening to be in this situation after providing our best work. If anyone has any way to reach Keith Ooten or encourage him to get in touch with us, I would greatly appreciate it. Amazing service! Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning helped get our home in Van Alstyne ready for renovations by cleaning our air ducts, chimney, and kitchen vents. Everett was on time and made sure everything, including the new dryer vent, was spotless before leaving. The whole process was very professional, and the customer service was excellent.

The team was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job! Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated being able to talk to a person right away instead of dealing with an automated system. We had a few vents that weren’t pushing out heat, and Leo went above and beyond to check for any disconnections using his camera snake. He was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Although some of my vent covers were closed and had a bit of dust on them afterward, I believe this can be easily improved. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the air duct cleaning service and would definitely recommend it to others!
