Issac did a great job! He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. We decided to include the add on for mosquitos due to recent rain, and there is a huge difference from being in public and being at home. We can comfortably go outside with our dog and not worry about being bit. I definitely recommend their services and our service technician!

Roy has been absolutely amazing for our apartment complex over the past year! He is reliable, thorough, and always goes the extra mile to keep our community pest-free. Anytime there’s an issue, Roy responds quickly and takes care of it efficiently. So far I like their service, they were able to handle the pee stains from my bosses dog or cat. I had to take maybe 4-5 carpets to them and they were able to manage all of them. I enjoy their conversation and are awesome people to talk to. So far, my boss hasn't told me any negative comments on their service, so they did an awesome job. As for payment they take cash or debit/credit. I like how they call us when it is ready for pick up. But for anybody that needs to know if the service is done asap. I recommend to call them to check status on work. Because when I took the 5th carpet I had to call them to see how things are going. Other than that awesome work.

I am very satisfied with the work and with all the workers....very pleasant to work with.

Hired Carroll’s inspection services & i can say receptionist gives excellent customer service. Mr Carlos was punctual and professional, explained things very well and report was done that same day. 100000% recommend!

Today is monday the 6th of january, 2025, Mr Carlos doesn’t work in a good way, he doesn’t get the size of my house and told me that the inspection includes all kind of insect inspection, and when he supoused to do the inspection, he want to get more money for the “extra work”, I just get a weeck without the inspection I needed because of the bad manners of mr Carlos, an absolutly bad element for you
