A Nightmare of Mismanagement, Disrespect, and a Company-Wide Pattern of Failure Warning: Read the other 1-star reviews before hiring WB Arthur’s construction services. It’s clear that our experience is not an isolated incident but part of a disturbing pattern with their construction arm. Their 5-star reviews? All for their mitigation side of the business. I agree that their mitigation team acted quickly to stop the source of flooding in our home, but that’s where the positives end. That initial success led to the demolition of our home, starting us on a journey that turned into a 17-month nightmare—far beyond the quoted 6-8 weeks. Mismanagement and Disrespect from the Start What should have been a straightforward project spiraled out of control due to WB Arthur’s gross mismanagement. Mario, the project manager, was either incompetent or completely indifferent to the delays, errors, and poor workmanship that plagued our home. Despite repeated requests, he failed to properly supervise the work or communicate with his team. The result? Workers watching Youtube videos to try and figure out how to do very basic tasks, lacking materials or instruction, and always needing to be managed by us. A Pattern of Poor Workmanship and Denials The project dragged on for an unbelievable 17 months. When the original contractor walked out, WB Arthur sent a replacement crew after a 10 month delay, instead of fixing issues, often made things worse. One example: they drilled holes in our dishwasher, rendering it unusable. When we confronted them, they initially denied responsibility, despite it being obvious that the damage was their doing. They eventually replaced the dishwasher, but only after a drawn-out argument. Lack of Professionalism and a Disregard for Our Home Adding to the frustration, workers showed up intoxicated, and Mario himself exhibited immature and unprofessional behavior. The final straw came when Mario pulled his team off the job without explanation, leaving our home in a state of disarray. Conclusion: Avoid WB Arthur’s Construction Services at All Costs Our 17-month ordeal with WB Arthur was exhausting and infuriating. While their mitigation team may deserve praise, their construction services are a disaster. The stress, time, and money we’ve lost are irreparable.

I had an unfortunate incident wherein my pipes broke and hardwood floor was soaked in water for over an hour. WB Arthur had an amazing quick response and they were able to come in within 20 minutes and start the drying process. Their professionalism, timeliness, and ability to always be at the job site on the promised time was unmatched with any other previous companies I have worked with. Based on their recommendations on restoring the hardwood floors, drywall and baseboards, we were able to get the affected area back to normalcy. Thank you WB Arthur. Definitely recommended for your restoration jobs.

We had some unexpected water damage right before the labor day weekend, and we were recommended W.B. Arthur by the plumbing company. We were blown away by the professionalism and quick response by this business! Trey helped us throughout the weekend and did an excellent job! He explained the process thoroughly, kept us updated on any changes that needed to occur with the mitigation process, and was overall incredibly helpful! The mitigation process is all done, and the company has already reached out to schedule the reconstruction process for the damage. If the construction phase is as smooth as the mitigation process, we should be back to normal in no time! Highly recommend this business for any water damage mitigation!

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing my experience was with this company. They did an excellent job repairing dry rot in my bathroom and it looks better than ever before. Duff the manager was pleasant and took care of everything I needed with ease. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services and I will definitely be calling them again if needed.
