Blake & Colby were awesome to work with. Reliable, efficient, and no BS - like we were originally fed by a few other local contractors. Highly recommend if you want a company that will think out of the box and work with you to solve problems and not just charge you out the tail for unnecessary work.

Pro Clean is an excellent company to do business with. We had a flooding problem in our home that needed drying and repair. After getting numerous opinions and quotes we chose them as they were knowledgeable, professional and attended quickly to our emergency.We appreciated their thorough communication of all the work needed as well as daily checks. The trades they used for the carpentry repair and painting were the best we have seen. They were extremely proficient at monitoring aspects of the job from start to finish. Our flooding caused us to have tear out of part of our kitchen island , sheet rock repair, mold remediation and rebuilding. Our island, sheet rock and trim work looks better than before. Dealing with Colby and Blake was a pleasure and we would highly recommend them and use them again if needed.

Boone's Restoration is a Top Notch Company. Recently they helped my elderly parents when a tree fell on their house. They responded immediately and got to work. They helped coordinate the insurance adjustor, and all the repairs needed. If you ever have water or other damage to your home, I'd highly recommend Boone's Restoration !

If you value open communication, clear pricing and on time project completion - then please consider another contractor. - You will be charged project management fees, even when you are the one managing the project. - You will be given a project completion date that will blow by without any word from Boone's. Your project will only be completed when they bring in outside help and it will be two months late. - You will send in billing questions and they will not reply for 30+ days. - You will never see a sketch or outline of the proposed completed project. The outside help I referenced, and the only saving grace of Boone's, is Daniel Cuervo. He was brought on in month 4 and completed 75% of the project in 3 weeks. If you do choose Boone's, be sure to have him assigned.

We used Boone’s to have our carpets and tile cleaned prior to listing our home for sale. They did an amazing job (over 3,000 sf) and no spot was left untouched. They made the tile, grout and carpet look new again. Nicholas was professional and I was very pleased with their work.

I interviewed over 10 different contractors this company stood out from the start. You can clearly tell they know this game better then the insurance adjusters. My kitchen looks outstanding didn’t cost me a dime. Couldn’t be happier

Unless your in construction or work for insurance company don’t go at this process alone. Hire a independent restoration contractor that represents you not the insurance company. Elite did a fantastic job on the mitigation & rebuild

Water heater busted while sleeping so we woke up to a flooded first floor. Within 3hrs Elite had a crew onsite handling the cleanup and drying. Good crews that kept a clean job site

A tree fell on my house damaging roof and structure with water leakage. Servpro worked very responsive to provide temporary containment, sheet rock and water removal and cleanup. Their quick work and technical ability prevented additional damage and provided for orderly repairs. Having them upfront on this type of situation saves money in the long run.

All I can say is there are not enough words to say how greatful I am for the quick response and the kindness that was displayed by Kirk, Will and Jason!! I was so scared when I came home, from work, to find my 1st floor flooded by my water heater. I will always recommend your company and techs for all the assistance, reassurance and going above and beyond their set duties!!! The Serve Pro team did not test everything for water. When they left my husband had to rip out a lot more flooring and underlayment that was still soaking wet. The next time they came the Serve Pro team member said they would include what he ripped out in their report. We waiting 3 weeks for the invoice/report. What my husband did was not included which left us with contacting more contractors for estimates and measurements of everything total that they missed. They did not call us back when we left messages. For a week they told my Insurance Agent that they couldn't even find the invoice. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

I had an excellent experience with Marc at New Day Homes! He explained a lot over the phone before the testing, came the day after I called, and his testing was very thorough. He explained his process and findings throughout the inspection which was very helpful. The test results came back quickly and he helped explain them and give clear action steps to take. He went above and beyond in being kind, helpful, and thorough!

Excellent customer service! I requested info on a Saturday and Marc called within an hour ON A SATURDAY. Had me scheduled immediately and was one time. He walked us through ever process and test he performed and had our results with 24 hours with a complete report and a full explanation of results which provided to be a HUGE relief for my family. I’m so glad I contacted UWRG in the Woodlands. I am new to TX. We discovered mold on our ceiling in multiple areas. So I called another mold remediation company. They explained TX law to me about needing an inspector to come first and make a protocol. (Even though separating the inspector from the remediation co was to avoid scams, them being separate and the inspector needing to be paid on protocol creation and then reinspection felt like a scam in itself after he went crazy with his moisture reader right after torrential rains so of course there was moisture reading in all the exterior walls) After the inspector, what we thought would be a quick easy remediation turned into an enormous project involving 5 rooms. The first remediation company then gave me an estimate of more than triple what UWRG would give. UWRG being a national company, felt better to us. When Drew came to look and give an estimate on completing the protocol, I had such confidence in the work they would do. The remediation experience behind Drew, this crew, and company is what made us choose them. We were INCREDIBLY lucky to have scheduled demo right before hurricane Beryl hit. UWRG got VERY busy after that. Our work was able to start the Friday after the hurricane hit (once we had power back). The crew who came to do the remediation was awesome. They always showed up early. They worked long days. Drew communicated directly with the inspector to make sure the protocol was followed but also to let him know if there were areas that actually didn’t need to be remediated. Because of hurricane emergencies elsewhere, there were some times when the crew was not able to be here, but they did their best to be here every day until the job was done. On top of hard workers they were very nice people. There was a tiny bit of damage done to one of our tubs in the process, but they were quick to show me and Scott, the owner, immediately offered a replacement or equivalent $ off our total bill. I appreciate honesty. Then came the inspection. The inspection failed the first time because the inspector thought he saw more mold in one area. The crew came right back. After tearing down more wall, there was no more mold. But again the inspection failed due to one particle of airborne mold. So the team immediately came back to rectify that. UWRG covered the cost of the reinspections. We were all celebrating when we passed and were able to move on to the next phase of building back. Again, UWRG gave us the best bid for the build back. That crew for a bit was mainly one man, Viktor. UWRG was spread thin with hurricane repairs. Viktor did an exceptional job with sheet rock, floating, and texture. He was at our house by 7:30am every morning. The carpenters who came to replace all the damaged woodwork did great work as well. Drew did an inspection of all the work and we were finally done. Drew and Scott had great communication with me through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend UWRG the Woodlands. For cost, work ethics, knowledge, and experience. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I will for sure use UWRG the Woodlands again.

I woke up this past Monday morning to a roof leak in my master bathroom. I used this company for a project in my former house and was nothing short of pleased with the results. So, I knew who to call… United Water Restoration Group of The Woodlands! From my first contact with the very nice lady who answered the phone, I got her name…Amanda…to the professional but friendly tech/service person/I don’t know his title y’all…but his name is Drew, the level of service was top-notch! I was so stressed when I made that phone call and spoke with Amanda, but she listened to me. Did you catch that? She.Listened.To.Me. She heard what the issue was through all of my stress rambling, lol. And when Drew arrived, he listened to me, stress rambling, as well as as I showed him around. He took moisture readings with pictures In our bathroom, as well as in the attic. He sent the pictures to my phone so I had “evidence “ for the warranty people of this leak and the need for restoration and remediation. He was able to identify the roof leak in the attic and explained in simple terms what the issue was and what the next steps should be. He explained water damage restoration and mold remediation. I cannot say enough, good things about this company and the very good, friendly, and professional people in it.
