We had a hole In the roof with significant water damage and mold in many areas of the house. AdvantaClean was fantastic and within 24 hrs of the call they came to our house and did the mold remediation. Maria is very professional and handled everything including all the paperwork with insurance and the process was great with fantastic communication. . Anthony is extremely professional and knowledgeable and was coming to our house to inspect and supervise the work almost on a daily basis for over a month. We were very happy and all the remediation was completed without any issues. Anthony and his team did a great job. Luckily i only had minimal damage from a leaking shower valve. AdvantaClean anaylzed the scope of the damage and right sized the clean up work to ensure future damage was mitigated. Anthony was very easy to work with, prompt, and professional.

If you’re in need of an amazing tile expert, Old West Restoration is by far the best in all of Houston! I own a small cleaning business and a few of my employees accidentally damaged a client’s tile by using the wrong chemical. After calling our insurance and them telling us they would not cover the accident, we began our search to find a confident person or company who could fix it. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people and big companies who did not know how to repair the tile. I had one company tell me to put dirt on the tile and let it sit for a week and that would work. Crazy right??? Everybody had a different solution, none of which restored the tile to its original color and texture. After a long 4 months of trying out different methods, we were fortunate enough to be matched with Tony. Tony immediately knew what to do and how he said he would fix it matched with reputable tile restoration articles. Tony came out that same week and fixed in 3 hours what was taking us 4 months plus to try to figure out. He is an expert in what he does and restored not only the color, but as well as the texture of the tile. I cannot say enough about Tony and his crew. They took out ~1500 of tile and hardwood floor. This was the most stubborn tile and hardwood I've ever seen but they were determined to finish it. They were at my house and ready to work at 8am sharp every morning. Even though it was a lot tougher than they expected, they came to work everyday with positive attitudes and determined to finish the job. Like I said, I can't say enough about Tony and his crew. He does lots of building/restoration things. If you need anything done around the house I wouldn't hesitate to call Tony. He will meet and exceed your expectations by far. Also his prices are more than fair, even lower than the competition I can say. Again, words do them no justice

Old West Restoration is top notch! They were referred to me by a friend for tile and carpet cleaning. I was not disappointed. The owner Tony was very professional. They showed up on time and did a great job. My grout has never been so clean. I also hired them to install some crown molding and build me a small cabinet for my bathroom. I was very happy with their work. I would highly recommend Old West Restoration!!!

These guys got the job done and then some! He came and gave me a great quote within 24 hours of calling. They came out the next day. Super polite guys- got the tree down and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely call them again next time.

James and his crew were amazing! We had 6 trees that died in the summer drought and a few other trees that needed trimming...all were near our house and other buildings on our property. James and his crew used the bucket truck and skillfully cut the trees. Their care and professionalism were evident throughout the process, and they left our property cleaner than it was before the work (including raking and blowing!). We highly recommend Dangerous Tree Removal!

Friendly punctual gentlemen. Group of men came to cut down 3 trees in our backyard which were over 70 feet oak trees. It took them about 35 minutes to cut them down. Tied the tree to a tractor, one pulled with tractor while other made cuts with saw and third was middle man between the cutter and puller. Quick efficient and better rate than anyone gave me (called 4 tree services, only these gentlemen showed up within 20mins of phone call estimate and negotiation. After an hour came with equipment, within 35 mins were done). We didn't ask them to cut the fallen trees or haul them away, we did that ourselves but 35mins for 3 full grown trees was pretty fast, especially for the day after Christmas Thank you for your work.

Our house in Lake Jackson was damaged during Beryl. A pecan tree damaged the roof, facia and soffit punching holes above a master closet and several over an enclosed porch. A ServPro team from the Tyler area helped mitigate the damage. Taylor and Danny were great. They quickly opened ceiling and walls, removing wet insulation as needed. They diligently monitored and ensured everything was properly dried and cleaned. They were professional and courteous and I felt they truly cared about my family and our house.
