Shane and Andy have been so professional throughout this entire process. We bought a home knowing that we would have to get pest control to come out. Green Defense was recommended to us by our home inspector, Greg at 343 Inspections. Although they are a little pricey, it's definitely worth it. You get exactly what you pay for. Not only are they incredibly friendly, they are always on time and sometimes even early. They are very detail oriented and want to make sure they're doing everything that they can to prevent critters from getting in the attic. They have come back over five times to check-in and make sure they are catching what they need. Shane and Andy have been super helpful and we're very appreciative of their kindness!

Shane was professional, reliable, courteous, on-time, and proactive about making sure that our rodent issue was not only taken care of right, but STAYED taken care with multiple return visits to ensure that our home remained rodent-free. Usually you have to find a provider who is professional and does great work but is expensive, or someone who is reasonable but unreliable and/or less than the best. Green Defense is the best of all worlds and our family will never rely on anyone else for pest control needs!

Kenny came out and showed me all the ways the rodents can come in my house and I wasn't even charged anything for an inspection. Kenny is a very good hearted person who has my best interests in mind. As long as Kenny is there, I will be a Sureguard customer!

Great company and services! We are glad they are protecting our home from pests. Louis is a great technician, very thorough in his work and respectful of our space/home. Sureguard reschedules when we need with no issues and everyone is always so kind when I call. We highly recommend them!!

BUYER BEWARE! We moved into our new construction home in March and called Sureguard out to start a plan of service. We signed up with their "Gold" plan as I am not a fan of pests and like seeing them dead. Since March, we have continued to have problems with Ant mounds, TONS of Spiders (inside and outside), and yellowjacket nests. I e-mailed Sureguard on 7/1 to go over options for terminating our agreement as I am not satisfied with the services they have provided. Since then, one of our dogs was bitten by a pest and his eye is swollen shut. The office contacted me today (6 days later) asking me what issues we are experiencing. (the issues stated in the email) The Rep on the phone stated she wanted to send out a Manager. I declined this option. After being placed on hold she (or another rep) stated she wasn't charging me for the remaining pest control visits but was charging $350 for the cancellation of the termite product. Cancellations are part of business but making your customer feel like it is their fault things aren't going as planned shouldn't be. I also had no interest debating the number of times I contacted you or that your trucks are equipped with GPS. So, from March 16th to today, Sureguard was paid $994.10 for failed services. Enjoy the $350 Cancellation Fee - I will NOT be recommending your services to anyone.

The crews had good communication. The service was professional and we received extensive reports and photos of the incident. Nicholas was there in the beginning of the process and and back on the last day to ensure the areas were dry and ready for closing up the affected areas.

I recently had the opportunity to work with this company, Restoration Solutions, after my house was struck by lightning and concurrently an intense electrical fire which burned through portions of the roof in my master bath. The team was very quick to come in and professionally remove debris, wet insulation and wet sheetrock. They were quick and worked as an incredible team as they removed garbage, trash related to the fire. They were in constant contact with me to keep me informed every step of the way and respected my personal belongings. I am fully impressed with this company and the work methodology they employ with each team member. This company embraces total service for the customer.

NTR delivers what it promises and does not promise what it cannot deliver. It is refreshing in this day and age when disaster strikes in what is likely a family's greatest physical investment--their home. This is the situation we found ourselves in during the fall of 2023. A small leak behind a wall in the kitchen led to the development of mold. The original company we hired to perform the remediation and restoration was less than honest. After 3 months of frustration with them, we called North Texas Restoration. That same afternoon, Don was standing in our now-destroyed kitchen, accessing the mess left behind by the previous company and walking us through the process he would follow. Don patiently answered every question, listened to what we would love our kitchen to look like, and offered suggestions (99% of which we went with without one iota of pressure on his part). He explained his background in the industry and why he chose to establish NTR (the industry needs good, honest people who will help others when disaster strikes). Standing in our kitchen, we felt the burden lifting off our shoulders. Before he left, we understood the timeline for the completion of the project, our budget, etc. Two days later, his team was in our house doing the "move out," tearing out the mess left behind by the other company, etc. We received regular progress reports via phone calls and text messages. We were allowed to come and see the progress made. He promised we would return to our house by April, and he and his team delivered. If you were to walk into our home today, you would never suspect our kitchen was once a disaster area. What you would notice is how beautiful it is. Our experience with NTR was so positive that we would never consider having anyone else work on our home. We are already discussing having them back in to work on the master bathroom! If you are reading this review because you are looking for someone to provide restoration work, DO NOT hesitate to call North Texas Restoration. You honestly cannot go wrong with NTR. If you are reading this review because you are looking to have work done in your home "just because", DO NOT hesitate to call North Texas Restoration. Don and his team treat you like family. They do the work properly and take great pride in doing so.

Cruise Chaos to Calm: North Texas Restoration to the Rescue! In Texas, we don't get much winter weather, but when we do, it sure knows how to make a mess. During the last big freeze, my family and I were soaking up the sun on a cruise in the middle of the ocean, blissfully unaware of the chaos unfolding back home. That is until my neighbor started blowing up my phone, frantic that water was pouring out of my house like Niagara Falls—from both the front and back doors. This is not the kind of news you want to receive when you're surrounded by miles of water, with spotty phone service, and no idea what's happening. I tried logging into my security cameras, but with the power out, they were as useful as a screen door on a submarine. To top it off, our electronic locks were frozen solid, so my poor neighbor couldn't even get inside. It was a recipe for disaster. Enter North Texas Restoration. After a not-so-helpful encounter with the first company my insurance, USAA, recommended (hello, automated phone service), I hit the jackpot with the second call. A friendly, reassuring voice answered the phone, calming my frantic nerves in seconds. They told me to focus on enjoying my vacation, assured me that my insurance was solid, and promised to take care of everything. And boy, did they deliver! My neighbor said their team was on-site within 45 minutes, working magic to get the lock unfrozen, shutting off the water, and assessing the damage. While I was still in vacation mode, I was able to log into their collaboration portal, where I could see real-time updates, photos, and videos of their progress. It was like having a personal restoration reality show on my phone! Every time I checked, there was new information, and by the time we docked, they had everything under control. Six days later, when we finally made it home, North Texas Restoration had done it all. The house was dried out, the frozen pipe was repaired, and the place was ready for the rebuild team. They had even packed up our entire home, storing everything in pods so perfectly that the essentials were right there when we opened the doors. It was like they knew exactly what we'd need, right down to the socks! Their estimate was so detailed, it was like reading a novel—except way more exciting because it meant we could finally get back to normal. They'd already met with the adjuster, who accepted their rebuild estimate on the spot. The whole process was as smooth as butter, and our adjuster even told us he was so impressed with their work that he wouldn’t be holding back depreciation—he deposited the funds that evening. From start to finish, the North Texas Restoration team made what could have been a nightmare into a stress-free experience. The communication was stellar, the organization was top-notch, and the quality of their work blew us away. Liam at TexInspect performed my pre-purchase home inspection and I was very satisfied with the thoroughness and quality of his work. Businesslike and knowledgeable, but also more than willing to answer questions and address my concerns. Highly recommended. I later requested an additional sewer inspection which was performed another tech. That didn’t go so well due to equipment limitations, but TexInspect refunded my money, no problems. Good Company!

Great people to work with. I don't live in the area, but I have a property there that had a water leak that did a fair amount of damage. GET restoration was amazing. Incredibly good communication and support, the workmanship was great, and even though there were a bunch of issues getting insurance coverage and dealing with a problematic tenant, they handled everything professionally and thoroughly. I really couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.
