Double R Land Management - Rocksprings

We've used this company twice. The first time was an electrical repair for our system, which went fine. The second time, we ended up having a failed pressure tank and needed a replacement. I asked for a quote, and was told they thought the tank was around $800 + labor but would confirm before installation. The day before install, I spoke with them and asked again. The person I had been speaking with asked the owner, who was in the background, and then told me $800 + labor. They did the install the following day, texted me when it was finished, then said they'd send an invoice. Got the invoice, and the tank was nearly $1100. They also added $25 worth of 'fuel surcharge', which was never mentioned, but I wasn't going to fight them over $25. And to top it all off, they left the old tank just sitting there, so we had to pay someone to haul it off for disposal. When I contacted them to ask why there was a price difference, the response was literally "I can't keep up with how everything changes from week to week lately." They also supposedly ordered the tank the week before our installation, so we don't understand how they didn't know if prices changed or not. So the day before install they confirmed the price, then it magically jumped almost $300 after they did the install? I told him it wasn't right and made no sense how the price could jump like that, and he didn't respond or offer to make it right in any capacity. Tried reaching out to the owner twice and never got a response. IF you deal with this company, I strongly recommend getting a bid in writing. That part is our fault, but it's a mistake we won't be making again, nor will we deal with this company again. Guess you just can't trust people at their word anymore.

Service was outstanding. From what I had told Matt on the phone, he diagnosed the problem as a water logged pressure tank and had that problem soon corrected. In checking my system he identified a problem with my pump (caused by the waterlogged pressure tank) and soon had it pulled and replaced. Due to a new low pressure cutoff pressure switch that I had bought and had Matt install, my water flow kept turning off . Note: Matt had warned me about this type of switch. Matt came out right away and installed a standard pressure switch and my system is now running great. Needless to say, I highly recommend Rocksprings Well Services.

Matt is an awesome guy. Had a problem came out same day and got it done. Freezing cold outside!!! I thought he was going to gouge me due to weekend and freezing cold but was cheaper than I expected it to me to my surprise. Use this guy the first time and every time. AWESOME!!!

I was in the area for some Geocaching and needed a ladder. Was able to rent a ladder at a reasonable cost for the weekend. Every time I called them they were pleasant and helpful on the phone and very accommodating. I was a low dollar customer but received high dollar service. I would highly recommend this business for all your rental equipment needs.

The owner not true to his words and the way they scheduled their rental equipment!!! Was already scheduled to pick up the equipment on Friday and he rented to somebody else. Bad business, specially after driving 6 hours and to hear his lame excuse. Won’t never do business with this place again.

This place is top notch! Fair prices and more than willing to help guide you to the right equipment.. just like every where else if you walk in with a good attitude you will get treated with a good attitude!

Had Chisum concrete do some leveling on our property and put in a horseshoe drive. Amazed how it turned out! We are very pleased and will be using them for upcoming projects. Fair prices and prompt.

Hired to install 1300 ft driveway and after two 2 week and one 3 week delays he finally shows up. I asks when he would complete the project and he said 2 weeks. I did not beleif him and informed him I would hire someone else.

Showed up 3hrs late, didn’t have the right mix, truck used all his water bc mix wasn’t correct they sent me 3000psi lime stone mix when it called for pea gravel, Kevin on the phone didn’t answer any questions why the trucks were late, couldn’t even give me a reason or time frame he just told me to deal with it or go somewhere else. This was the absolute worst concrete plant I’ve ever seen.

Bill and Tommy came together and knocked out my list of stupid things not working right! They are very knowledgeable and capable...and I felt the price was very fair! Feels good to know someone's got your back when you're home away from home! Highly recommend!

Was recently traveling through the area and camped at Quail Springs rv park. I had been having some problems with a hydraulic leveling jack not retracting and while I was here for a couple of days I found their name and number in a handout at the park office. A service tech named Bo came out and didn't have a clue as to the problem cause. He called his office, they didn't know so they called HWH manufacturing company. Who walked them through a test process. Bo finally said it had to have a new cylinder. They didn't have one so he gave me a bill for diagnostics $60.00 dollars which I would not have complained, but then he added $151.00 for 1.5 hrs. of labor, which is a joke. Especially when he left it leaking hydraulic fluid and was there less than an hour. Claimed he couldn't stop the leak. I complained about the bill of $217.50 but to no avail. I paid the bill but I told Bo I would be leaving some reviews. So if you are traveling through call somebody else unless you want to be clipped.

When it comes to RV's these guys know it all. Whether you need minor repairs, major renovation or a complete remodel they won't disappoint. Bill and his team are RV experts and can fix, install, or rebuild anything. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs work done on their RV.
