But A-Action made it through so well. Our inspector is James. He is very knowledgeable about his work. He answered all of our concerns about the house and recommended some solutions. Also, the weather was not nice on the inspection day but James still made efforts to do our home inspection. Highly recommend him.

We hired James for our new build home purchase and he was very very thorough. His report told us about many things that needed to be fixed (yes you should absolutely get a new built home inspected too). We weren't able to attend the entire inspection so when we had to leave he gave us the rundown of things he had found so far. The report came on the same day and it was very detailed.
