At first glance it’s clean but it started going down hill about 3 months ago. They have went up on their prices on the dryers. $1 for low ,$1.25 for medium and $1.50 for high. Washers work great but dryers not so much.! I spent $4.00 trying to dry a small load. I gave up and went home with damp clothes. Vending machines are pricey and sometimes not even stocked half of the time. The bathroom the few times I’ve had to go… no thanks I’d rather hold it.! Other than that they do open at 6am-10pm

Very clean place. The machines are new/well taken care of. Owner was also helpful when I phoned.

Adam just completed my shower remodel and did a fantastic job! Great craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service. He was honest, hard working and fair priced. I highly recommend him and would easily hire him again for a future project.

Adam was recommended to me by other moms in our local community moms Facebook group. We needed out primary bathroom bathtub removed and we wanted a walk in shower installed. It took two weeks from start to finish but the outcome is great! He left my house everyday clean and organized. He is polite, arrives on time, and does what he says he is going to do. If/when I need more work done in my home, he will be the first one I call.

Adam’s skilled workmanship, and professional attitude are reflective in the work done on our home. Have received rave reviews from neighbors, friends and family on the superb new paint scheme. His tenacity and persistence in finding a hard to come by part were second to none. Interior work done in master bathroom and other odds & ends were done with precision. Look forward to having do more work in the future.

Eric is such a refreshing delight to have as my service tech!! He listens and goes the extra mile to do an excellent job in being thorough! Employees like him represent your company well. Its all about the service that is received by the customer. He deserves more than a small $5 tip. I hope Big M Pest control values him enough to share with him a great bonus, their success is a direct result of the service he provides!

Eric demonstrated good customer service and was friendly and answered any questions I had about the service. He also spilled water out of the dog bowl inside my home and took the time to grab paper towels and clean up after himself. I’d prefer if Eric came out and did my service from now on.

They appear to have more than stepped up to the plate. I experienced a flood from the floor above...Their employees are courteous, well-organized, and neat. Skilled and quick to complete the task. Very satisfied, and they did not push to overspend to complete...I would strongly suggest them for whatever your needs are. They had all of the essential equipment and took care of my furniture, among other things.

The entire team is outstanding. I've collaborated with them on my own house (water incursion), a client's home (sewage backup), and a family member's home (plumbing leak). Each project was finished on time, with outstanding communication and craftsmanship. The degree of precision in their work, as well as the cleanliness, demonstrates that they take delight in assisting people in tough situations. These guys were fantastic. Arrived on schedule and removed all of my old flooring while leaving the furniture in place. They demonstrated and explained the findings to me along the way. I didn't have to deal with any waist because all of the old material was hauled from my house. The staff was really professional, quick, and efficient.
