Russell came out to our house this summer to make sure everything was on the up and up with our HVAC. He was very informative, personable and professional. We liked him so much that we wanted Audrain to do our heating and cooling for our addition we’re working on. The office could stand to work on their communication.

My A/C went down yesterday evening so called and left a message. Was called back first thing the next morning and was told a tech would be out that day. Received a call before noon that a technician was on his way. He was Super nice and he found the issue quickly and fixed it immediately. From the time he called to the time he had me back up and running was less than 20 minutes! He checked over my unit to make sure there were no more issues and also washed it off. My bill was reasonable. I highly recommend Audrain!

Love the entire team at Audrain! They are so friendly and do great work. They are always ready to help and don't try to force a bunch of extras on you. They kept my old unit running for years even when it probably shouldn't have. Truly great team!

Did an incomplete mess in my bath. I had to pay another person to come complete the job & clean up their mess. It was terrible. They over charge & don’t do the work.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! - LEARNED OUR LESSON THE HARD WAY They never answer the phone. If you do manage to get a call back they do not show up on the agreed day or time. Even had them leave before the job was done and never return . One of the workers kept wanting to come out and do it on the side without the owner knowing and pocket the money but he never showed. Took us 3 -4 weeks to get in touch with them again and still did not call or show up when he stated he would after having a heated conversation. This all started in July and its now September and job is still not done. They are all for working out of town doing paving rather than septic pumping like the community needs. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to have a company come out that actually wants to work.

They did a wonderful job installing my new system. But several years later someone ran over my septic tank and busted one of the tops. Of course I called them to come see if they could fix it. I was told they would be out in a few days. After waiting over a week I called to see if they had me scheduled. I was then yelled at and told that they would get to it and I didn't need to call back. I didn't call back and they never showed up. Now I need another system. They would be the obvious choice but I still have a busted tank years later. I need to have a company who supports their systems. Any suggestions for Fritch? Or do I take my chances.

Bryers did a great job on our septic , the workers were very nice and polite and worked very efficient I was impressed with the whole scenario the way the put in the septic and the final clean up they left my yard nice and clean

Vertical 1 performed a whole home renovation for a house I recently purchased. They installed all new flooring, all new lights, updated the electrical system, built me a beautiful walk in shower, and installed granite counters. Mark kept me informed as to the progress of all the work and was so easy to work with. When I had questions, they were answered quickly. They built me the home of my dreams and I couldn’t be happier to have had their team work for me! I highly recommend them for large or small projects!

My ceiling fell in out of the blue and my insurance agent told me about Vertical 1. I now think they are the best company I have ever dealt with in Amarillo. They came out immediately and gave an estimate. Then once agreed upon, Jason and the team were on it within a few days. I am still in awe of how quick they resolved our problem. They are VERY professional and communicate with you constantly. Mark stays on top of all your needs and makes sure everything is above satisfactory. I will definitely tell everyone to use them for any house repairs or complications, they fix it better than it was.
