The Olshan Foundation Repair Crew that was assigned to my house in Del Valle, Texas, was absolutely extraordinary. The crew chief, Carlos Cruz, led an exceptionally diligent team including Josh Garcia, Carlos Soto, Jose Sais, Luis Martinez, Antonio, and Roberto. Their mission, to dig and place supports in 15 spots around my house, was executed with incredible speed and precision. They accomplished this mammoth task in just three days of relentless, almost non-stop effort. Carlos Cruz, the original crew chief and the subsequent chief Josh, took the time to meticulously explain how the pilings were placed, educating me on the entire process and providing much-needed reassurance throughout. On the final day, an independent inspector came to certify the job and privately commended the crew's exceptional workmanship, signing off without a hitch. While the process of digging created a considerable amount of dirt and debris, the team's cleanup efforts left my yard looking astonishingly well-preserved. Witnessing their dedication was truly impressive. Although this project was a significant investment, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my home's foundation is now stabilized is invaluable. The lifetime guarantee offered by the company is a testament to their confidence in their work. I am now assured that my home will remain safe and secure for years to come.

Victor's crew was extremely good on my project. The guys were very professional and respectful of my patio paving as they had to remove sections for the needed locations. They did such a good job that the repairs to the patio will be easy to complete. They did the job as scheduled and the left our home very clean after the project.

Bryan Britten came to provide an inspection and estimate. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained our issues and the process. We are moving forward with repairs and highly recommend. On 3/5 and 3/6 the Olshan came to complete the work, day one team lead by Juan and day two team lead by Victor did excellent work. Of note the process is exactly like briefed and the teams do everything to protect property. Additionally it is great to know Olshan promotes from within, as Victor began as a laborer but now lead a team and is one the the most professional individuals I have had the pleasure to met. Again highly recommend Olshan.

I had my home inspected by Mr. Williams May 2021 and a follow up inspection January 2022. Mr. Williams presented a detailed report which he explained in terms that I understood. I came to realize that a house can look aesthetically good but be structurally falling apart from the inside out. With that said I was able to plan to correct the deficiencies in a step by step approach that can save me money…instead of breaking the bank from an unplanned disaster that I did not see coming. I learned about codes that if I decided to sell my home in the future would cause me to lose on the sell because my home was not up to code. (11/15/24)This was my first visit to this laundromat, and I was thoroughly impressed! The washers delivered exceptional cleaning, leaving my clothes spotless and fresh. The dryers performed perfectly as well; no extra coins were needed, which made the experience hassle-free. The calm atmosphere is a standout feature—soft, eye-friendly lighting creates a welcoming environment. I particularly admire the interior design, which evokes the delightful aesthetic of the early 2000s. I absolutely plan to return for my laundry needs—this place is a gem!

I live halfway between Karnes City and Seguin. Normally, I do my laundry in Seguin, but someone suggested I try this one out because it is always clean and has washers available. When I arrived, I did notice it is much cleaner than most laundromats I’ve been in. It also had washers available, but they run about a dollar a wash more for washers of comparable size in Seguin. That being said, I would much rather come to a clean laundromat that’s less busy even if I have to pay a little bit more. So here’s what brings my 5 star review down to a 2 star review I started to put my laundry in the washer, but had surgery just six days ago and was not feeling well. By the time I finished loading the washers, i was feeling worse and needed to use the restroom, but lo and behold, there is no public restroom at all here. There was a nice lady here who told me sometimes during the week when the attendant is there, he might let you use the employee only bathroom. This is crazy! Usually a minimum trip to the laundromat is at least two hours. I can’t imagine customers hanging out and drinking drinks from the vending machine don’t have to use the restroom once in a while. I didn’t really feel comfortable leaving my clothes unattended while I went to track down the bathroom somewhere, but since I had already started them, I didn’t have any choice. I’m confused, I thought businesses of this nature were required to have at least one public restroom. I guess I was mistaken. In any case, this would have been a five star review and I would’ve left very happy that I found a new, cleaner place to take care of my laundry until my washroom gets repaired, but instead 2 stars is the best I can do. Sadly, I also will not be returning.

For the most part the laundromat was clean the equipment appeared to be in good condition except the dryers I spent 5:50 and barely got to have my load of laundry I'm from San Antonio and the laundry out I use out there for 6:50 I can put three times the amount of clothes I got to wash actually probably four times and their dryers completely dry my clothing dollar after dollar and my clothes still came out damp and I use two different dryers for the most part I felt was pricey and very small washers and dryers do not dry my clothes I finally had to go so I get some sleep for my next day's work
