I had a fantastic experience with Colors Cleaning Carpets! Noah arrived early, which was a great start. He took some photos and got right to work on my 3 bedrooms and stairs. He was easy to work with and did a thorough job. After he finished, I checked the carpets and was amazed—every stain was gone! It took about 8 hours to dry, but once done, the carpets looked brand new and smelled wonderful. The total for the 3 rooms and stairs was only $160, which was a great price! Highly recommend!

I had CCC and Jay come out to clean our dryer vent. Jay was professional, personable, and on time. He did a great job and cleared out a ton of built up dirt and lint. Great service at a fair price!

Matthew was great. He came out immediately after we called with some emergency septic problems. He pumped our septic but after several tries couldn’t get the pipe unblocked. After digging up where the pipe goes to the septic, he found our problem, which we’ve had for years and no other place came close to solving this problem like Matthew did. He fixed it not backing down from it until it was completely flowing and even adding a few things so it won’t happen again! His price and time he took helping us out was amazing! We are so grateful to this Christian young man. He not only fixed our problem, but after extensive digging with only a shovel, Matthew put our yard back and you wouldn’t even know he did what he did. He’s truly amazing and sincere. I would give him a 100 stars if I could. Pictures will prove it.

I can't describe how much I appreciate Matthew with MLP Septic. I called him and he was able to accommodate my schedule, arrived as scheduled... actually earlier because I got off work sooner than expected and he made it happen. My house was at a standstill, nothing would drain. He got my septic fixed up and cleaned out in an hour or less! I asked a lot of questions about maintenance etc he was very informative, professional, an absolute pro, most importantly a real nice guy. Highly recommend and will be using again 100%

Mark and Hunter did an excellent job overseeing the reconstruction once the water issue was resolved. Today, Chandler Chambers and Turner Williams started the mold restoration process in my house. They arrived with smiles, worked with a joyful attitude, and were so gracious to help and explain throughout the day. The day was "fun" to me as I watched them work so well together. They also thoroughly did every chore, making sure that they were not infringing on the functions of my home. They also made sure I understood each step of the process. It was a delight to have them here. What great work ethic they show, and what great representatives of your company! I'm so glad that they will return tomorrow! (Their names were not listed in the roster at the beginning.) Please give them 10 stars each, not 5! Today, Feb 19, John and Paul came to do the encapsulation - the final step of mold remediation. Just like ALL the other staff members of Rescue Restoration, they came with smiles, and went right to work. Explained every detail, and made me so comfortable that the job was complete. They were professional, yet personable. I thank this company for keeping really great team members. As I said before, give them 10 stars, not 5!

My mom used Rescue Restoration this past summer on her home. I am doing this review on her behalf because she passed away unexpectedly, and neither of us are ones to leave poor reviews, but I want to save despair to anyone else in a similar situation. The remediation process started well (which of course is where they get money). From there it was a nightmare. There was not transparency, no project management, and days out of our home with no work being done without any communication. All that aside, the work done was such poor quality. My mom sent pictures to the owner who was not interested in meeting with her or hearing from her her experience for the sake of helping make the company better. We had no idea these would be her last months of life and that the headache of being out of our home for far longer than needed with the work not done well causing floors to come up days within moving back in. Days after moving back in, the lintels above the windows fell off along with floor coming up. It turns out they didn’t put correct parts of the floor down which my mom had checked before to which they stated wasn’t needed. We lived with the basic pieces continuing to fall apart, but after my mom passed I reached back out to have the window lintels fixed as we will likely need to sell the house now. I learned they were places with double sided Velcro which they stated was not how it’s supposed to be done but they were desperate to finish. Safe to say it has already fallen apart again. I am beyond disappointed that this company caused undue stress, treated my mom’s house with disrespect and failed to make things right- even after multiple attempts. My mom attempted conversations to help make the company, manager, and owner better, but they unfortunately refused. There were several good workers, but I believe that have since left the company. I would not ever recommend Rescue Restoration. Their priority is money, not high quality or valuing the customer or the home, and it is truly disappointing.

Thermo-ex came highly recommended. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was great, he arrived right on time, and he cleaned multiple bedrooms, common areas, and the stairs. The carpet looks fantastic! They were able to remove even an ink/marker/paint stain I thought would never come out! I will definitely use them again and have already passed along my recommendation to others. Thanks for a job well-done!!!

The service was above any other used. They were professional and it was a great price. My carpet has seen better days. Without regular cleaning there's only so much that can be done. He came twice and asked me to call with results. Before I paid to try something else Bobby gave a suggestion. It worked, saved us more money. Many will do a job, get paid, and walk away without another thought. The best want to help you beyond that. Thanks. Janice Smith

Had this company do my carpets recently and they did a great job! I highly recommend them. They were on time, polite, reasonably priced and had my carpets done in no time. My carpets look brand new! With 3 kids in my home, 2 which are toddlers, I'll definitely be using them again. Thank guys!
