Thank you for your help. i woke up to a sick dog and a huge mess. The weather was freezing and I was afraid there was no help. I called Dynaclean and Glen came right away. Glen explained every thing he would be doing and made sure I was comfortable with the cost. Glen is very professional and very kind. He left every thing clean. I enjoyed having him in my home. I called Belfor very late in the night for a water mitigation emergency service. They were at my house very early in the morning. They were very professional and did a great job. Before they left, they made sure to take everything they removed and left everything clean. I was impressed. Will hire them again!

These ppl are so so amazing, our apt building burnt down and belfor staff went in and found my sons urn and tried to clean it up and they couldn't so bless their souls they got in touch with a funeral home and replaced my sons urn and my mom's urns. I CAN NOT SAY THANK U ENOUGH TO THIS CREW THAT DID ALL THAT FOR ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELFOR WITHOUT A DOUBT. AMAZING PEOPLE

We initially used Belfor after the snowmageddon in 2021 and were impressed. The Belfor team reached out after the 2024 tornado and we had no doubt our experience would be amazing. Our 2nd experience with Belfor has FAR exceeded our expectations. Communication for this HUGE project for several commercial buildings was constant, team leads, supervisors all kept us in the loop of what to expect and when. The entire team were friendly & professional and kept their promise to make sure we were satisfied with ALL the repairs. At the end of the day, it was an unfortunate issue to deal with tornado destruction, however, Belfor, and Rusty's team, made it less painful. I would definitely use them again and again.

We hired this business to pump our tanks because our lines were backed up. They came out and "pumped" 1 tank, we paid them the $200 requested and they left. 3 1/2 (Sunday morning) days later both toilets won't flush. I uncovered the tank and removed the cap and the tank is full to the top with thick, black sludge. They obviously only pumped out a portion of the tank. I texted them and told him of the problem and didn't hear back. Called twice and no answer so called from a different phone and he picked right up. He tried to tell me the lines were clogged with grease. I told him were not because if they were the tank would not be full to the top plus he had us flush our toilets to make sure they were flowing. Said they'd be out next day by 4. No show. I kept at them finally told me they were running behind but will be out after 4 that day. No show. Since then he won't answer my texts or calls. My wife and I are both disabled and on fixed incomes and can't afford to hire someone else to come out and finish the job they should have done. Nothing from them. As of this writing we've gone 5 days without the use of toilets or showers. I did file a complaint with the BBB. I do not recommend this company! UPDATE: 1/17/25 Had a REAL septic company come out this morning and pump my tank. They told me that there was a bout a foot of sludge on top and about a foot and a half on the bottom. The line running to the tank was partially stopped up but within 5 minutes they had it unstopped. Speights DID NOT pump our tank yet had no problem taking our money

My shower was stopped up and my commode would not flush. I called them on a Sunday morning. They came right out pump my tank and when they came, I had had to leave and would not be back for two hours, but they had pumped it while I was gone when I got back, my commode still wouldn’t flush in my shower floor was still full of water. I called them and told them that my commode wouldn’t flush in the shower was still stopped up. they came right back out, run the thing up my pipes and wow, all of a sudden it came flying out of there. They were so very nice about it! I will never use anyone else but Speights! They are tops in my books!

These guys showed up when they said they would. Very friendly, very efficient. I will absolutely be using these guys for all my septic system needs in the future.

We had a great experience with Rock Solid Plumbing. Shawn responded quickly to our call for service. He was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. Rates are very reasonable. We recently moved to this area and know who to call for plumbing!

I wasn’t disappointed. Shawn was prompt and professional and he quickly found the problem and fixed it at a reasonable cost. He also has a good eye for detail and noticed the problem when I overlooked it. I recommend him.
