When our pipes froze in the winter and burst, we were shocked by the water damage. This firm came quickly, evaluated the problem, and immediately began water extraction and drying. Their staff worked around the clock and offered fantastic service the whole time!

5 stars they removed the water damage. But you need to equip your team better, their ladder barely allowed them to do the work at the top rung. And because of that my ceiling is still open, so I have to hire another group to finish the job. Water removed 1300+ dollars great business model, until it isnt.

I very rarely post any reviews online, but I'm making this exception because I was so very favorably impressed by the excellent service provided to me this past week by the local Core/WB Arthur team. I want to commend specifically the site team Isidro and Isaiah, who very promptly and efficiently came in to begin water damage remediation work, and did such an excellent job in this first phase. They contacted me by phone about 30 minutes in advance of their arrival each day, explained clearly what they were doing, answered all my questions, and completed the work quickly and effectively. Highest kudos for an excellent job so far, which I hope will continue in the next phase of this project.

My dryer vent needed cleaning out. Making the appointment for the next day was easy. They showed up on time, with the correct equipment and did a great job. Wow Total Cleaning & Restoration is definitely going into my contractor list for future projects.

UPDATE: y’all, they came back and made it right. Apparently there was An issue with equipment they were unaware of… as of today our carpets look and feel like new again! Thanks to them for doing the right thing! We are 36 ish hours after our carpet cleaning and some areas aren’t dry (we have fans on in every room). We were given no instruction for after… the areas that are dry seem almost sticky or like they were not rinsed well. We have used this company in the passed and been very happy.

I recently hired Wow Total Cleaning and Restoration services and they did a fantastic job in cleaning my carpets on a rental unit. I will definitely hire them in the future for my other rental units. Wow Total Cleaning and Restoration please give Ruben a big time raise for doing an exceptional job. He deserves it!
