Tim did an excellent job! I called very last minute and he worked me into his schedule same day! He was on time, worked efficiently and was very pleasant and respectful while working in my home. He was even able to get stains out that I thought were permanent!

Very thorough and professional. The house carpets came out in an xlnt manner and the stains have not come back. The equipment seems top notch with a truck mounted endless hot water supply. The carpets inside the house came out so well that I had the interior of my Ford truck cleaned. Superb. The owner is friendly, professional, and competent. Will definitely hire again. Not cheap, not the most expensive, but an excellent value.

Tim's Carpet Cleaning did carpet cleaning in my Whittier home. I saw all of his great reviews on Yelp and the Customer Lobby review site. I was very impressed. I have had other dry carpet cleaning companies come and clean the carpets in the past and I was never happy with the results. Tim's uses truck mounted steam cleaning and it really get all the deep down dirt, the food stains, and pet stains out of the carpets. He did such a great job I had him clean my upholstery and my furniture magically looks like new.

I was attempting to buy a fixer-upper property in Stephenville and a couple of representatives of TMR Pro Maintenance met me at the property and spent over an hour with me helping me determine what needed to be done and what sort of budget I would need. I was impressed with their honesty and guidance. Unfortunately, I didn't end up as the buyer of the property, but I felt 100% confident and comfortable with the idea of moving forward with this company handling the project. They are very knowledgeable on all sorts of remodeling and construction projects and very familiar with the area and sub-contractors that might need to be included. As a bonus, they were so professional and such nice people!

Service was great. Orkin was able to treat my home the same day I called. The technician was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. We saw dead bugs before they even left. I will use Orkin again!
